5 Star Tour and Guide - I booked a tour for our group in Poland for business. I made multiple changes to the booking and Julian was very accommodating. Aleksander accompanied our group for the day and was top-notch. He was extremely accommodating, shared lots of information about the area and really made it a memorable day for our group.
This is a humbling tour, but an absolute must while in Krakow.

Great company to use - 4 of us booked on to this tour, we wanted private transportation but understood the actual tour in both places were in larger groups which was fine. Damian was very friendly and so was his son, they were very accommodating to our request to stop for lunch and everything was very smooth and on time. We didn't feel rushed at all and the cars were very comfortable. One thing to note was we did have to call in to the office the day before to confirm times etc but everyone was very helpful and promptly responded to our questions.Thank you for a memorable & important tour.

Loved This Double Tour - was a Perfect way to see both things - Quick Answer - 100% would book again or recommend to anyone looking to do both Auschwitz and the Salt Mines. Tour operators were fantastic, very communicative and professional and took care of everything we needed. 5 stars. This company is great.
What to Expect - because its both places, our day started at 0450. We were in line for Auschwitz early, but that is a good thing because it was packed at 0600. We got the 0830 tour and it worked out great. Damian knew all the ins and outs on getting the passes and kept us together. He even gave us a coffee stop. Cant say enough how great he was.
The tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau itself with the guide was really really good. In fact now that ive been i would recommend to anyone to take a tour instead of just free roaming, you get so much more out of what you are looking at while they talk through it. Ewelina was amazingly knowledgeable and really did an excellent job of telling the story of this place and what happened and explaining what we were seeing.
I got the lunch option - the tour operators had an option of getting a bag lunch for 60pln cash and you can eat inbetween your time at Auschwitz and Birkenau (they are separate locations and you get bussed to the other by the museum). I highly recommend it, i got a ton of food and i was starving since i was up before hotel breakfast was served. By the time you walk through Auschwitz I you will be hungry. Their tour timing is very accurate.
We went to the Wieliczka Salt Mines via a seperate driver but he was also just as attentive and made sure to manage us until we got into the mines. The Mines are great. Two points if fact:
1. there is a ton of walking, especially at the end of the tour. To get out of the mines it seems like we walked a mile. The picture on the wall for how to get to the shaft elevator is deceiving and not to scale we all agreed so expect when the tour ends and you head toward the exit to walk for another 25min.
2. Additionally the mines let out a different location from where you start. Where the start is a Ferris Wheel, so you think no way you can get lost. Im telling you, you will NOT see the Ferris wheel, it will be behind all sorts of buildings. Drop a pin. It caught all of us off guard even though our tour operator warned us about getting lost on the way out 😂.

A exceptional day of... - A exceptional day of seeing two of the top attractions in Krakow. Our driver, Alexander, was excellent-taking the hassle out of being on a bus with a large group (it was just my wife and I). Between stops he took us to an out of the way restaurant for the best pirogies ever!
The tour to Auschwitz is numbing given the gravity of what we saw and where we were standing-the enormity of the effort it took to focus on such evil......a good chance to look at recent history.
The salt mines were beautiful, the workers and later artists who created the carvings really made masterpieces! Honestly, the tour could have been a bit shorter (it was 2-1/2 hours), some time was spent as the tour groups ran up on each other at different point along the way.

Amazing experience. However, had to wait for tickets - Absolutely amazing trip. Whilst we did book this tour that promised tickets. We did have to get up at 3.30am to get there early to be provided with tickets. However, Aleksander was incredible at making the tour seamless (minus the wait for tickets) he answered all of our questions and pick up and drop off was easy and hassle free. He was also incredible at giving us the history of Krakow whilst driving us. He was lovely and we would 100% book again knowing we had him. As I said, the only problem was the promise of being provided tickets and having to wait in the queue to get them. However, Aleksander ensured we got tickets for an early viewing which was great

Joanne & Mark couple in 30s - From pick up to drop off this trip was everything we could have asked for and more. A massive part of why was due to our driver Alexander....he was punctual, so friendly and spoke great english. He was telling us things about the local area as we were driving and made sure we got to auschwitz ready to que and in priority position. He stayed with us right up until we entered the salt mine just to ensure all was OK with tickets etc.... which it was. Alexander made sure we had spare time from bikenhau to salt mine to drive, get lunch and he offered to take us to one of his favourite polish restaurants on the way so we could try real home cooked polish food....it was delicious just as he promised! After that we still had some time so he took us to his favourite view point to get a gorgeous view and pictures of krakow. When we came out of the salt mine he arrived within 3 minutes to collect us and even stopped at a cash machine for us on the way back. If we come back to krakow to do the springs we will be asking for Alexander!! Thanks so much for making our trip so wonderful....Great guy, great trip and great value for money....I 100% recommend. The only thing I would add is that it could have been clearer that due to us booking so late we didn't actually have tickets for auschwitz so had to go at 4am to que but as I said this wasn't a problem as we even got to wait in the car for some time while Alexander Queded for.

A stressful shambles - You messed up our tickets meaning we couldn’t have an English guide so couldn’t understand what was going on. We replied to your message about our names an hour after you sent it then claimed we replied 3 days later anc then proceeded to make my girlfriend lie ablut her name
