Auschwitz/ Birkenau Tour & Transfer from Krakow - From pick up to drop off the experience was very well organised and timed well. It was a very worthwhile trip and quite emotional. I have no hesitation in recommending Adrian (driver) and Hubert (tour guide) both did a great job and made the day stress free.

Great people to go for on your visit! - The whole experience of the day was very clear, smooth and organised. They told us exactly where we’d be picked up and when, our driver was great, and the overall experience and value for money was good- especially with your ticket included! The tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. They do say this in the booking, but the time you select on TripAdvisor isn’t really near the time we ended up going, but as this was made clear, this wasn’t a problem. Would recommend this tour and company to anyone! Thank you

Auschwitz experience - A visit to Auschwitz is a necessary life experience to witness what our human demons can do if not checked by humaneness and empathy.

Definitely worth a visit. - The operator kept you up to date from booking the trip to the day we went. Hubert apologised for running late but we still arrived on time However we felt the tour of Auschwitz was rushed. You didn’t really have time to see things or absorb the atmosphere. We had to take photographs of the information as we didn’t have time to read them. The second tour you couldn’t hear the guide descriptions it was drowned out by the other guides talking to the other groups. We also thought we would’ve seen more huts to get an understanding of how they lived. If we come back even though the tour provider was great we would go on our own so we could see more.

Too crowded - A must see however so crowded. Unable to stop and view exhibits properly due to being moved along in large groups. Unable to hear guide at points due to the amount of people. Massive queues for toilets.

Recommend the destinations, logistical issues preventing me from giving this experience 5 stars - I have to preface this review with Auschwitz-Birkeneau and the Wieliczka Salt Mine were must do’s while in Poland. I booked these tours as a combined tour with Viator a few months in advance. Leading up to the tour, all of the communication was very clear and easily understandable. Auschwitz-Birkeneau was very heavy but an experience that everyone should do. After the concentration camps, I was waiting in my driver’s car with everyone when I was told that I was the only one going to the salt mine after. That meant I had to wait to join another group. My tour leader, Martin, told me I could wait for the next group and the next tour guide would call me to explain next steps. I was traveling solo, so I was a little nervous to be left in a foreign country by myself and I wish I was told this information sooner. Tour guide Hubert contacted me and waited with me in the tour bus. He was very apologetic and explained that he didn’t know why I had joined his group. He ended up contacting a colleague and they were able to figure out the logistics. Hubert was fantastic and so helpful. Me and 5 other people from Hubert’s group had tickets to the salt mine. We were then dropped off at a gas station and waited for Greg to pick us up. I was less nervous this time since I was with a group of people. Greg was lovely and got us into the salt mine early. To summarize, I loved the experience, it was a long day but loved it nonetheless. However, the logistical issues/communication at the time of the tour made the experience a little nerve wracking as a solo traveler. I wish I was put with a different tour to begin with so I wasn’t moved around so much.
