Definitely book this trip with Igor you won’t be disappointed - Definitely book this trip with Igor, the whole trip was well organised, communication to pick you up etc was excellent. Igor was brilliant an excellent driver and guide, he was so knowledgeable on providing the history. He is very pleasant and friendly and made the trip a total success. Definitely get the packed lunch it was delicious we had a freshly made baguette with cheese, ham and salad, banana, apple, water, crisps, choc bar, juice, cake so worth it as you don’t have time to get from the restaurant We were blown away by what we learnt today at the camps a horrific ordeal for everyone who went through there, but we showed our respect to them in understanding what they went through. Shame we haven’t learnt from our past. Igor made it so easy and put everyone at ease thank u Igor

Excellent - Excellent tour and the guide was very good and knowledgeable. Lots of walking but worth it. It was freezing the day we went but it made you appreciate how awful it was for the poor people in the camps

Mixed feelings about the experience - Having been told to expect collection from our hotel between 6 and 8am, we were surprised that our driver didn't arrive until nearer 11am. The guided tour started at 12.30pm and it was more like a route march from the visitors centre around the Auschwitz camp and the component parts of the Holocaust memorial. Our guide, whilst being very knowledgeable rushed us around the exhibition despite me asking him to slow up as my husband was struggling to keep up with pace plus we were missing out on the commentary in the relevant areas because of this and were unable to read any of the information boards or just stand and reflect on the enormity of it all. I think it's important that the tour officials point out before booking that there is a huge amount of walking involved, perhaps consider offering golf buggy type transport for those less able to keep up, no disabled facilities offered at all. Disappointing overall especially considering the gravitas we felt during the whole experience.
