Following a 15-minute break, the driver will transport you to the second part of the museum, Birkenau, where you will spend around 1 hour. After the tour, the driver will return you to your hotel.

Great experience from start to finish - From pick up to drop off was a well run experience.

First off Julian was... - First off Julian was exceptionally spot on he made us feel at ease due to are trip to austwich was cancelled twice by headout tour operator. And he kept us upto date throughout the day about pick up times and everything we needed. And then the driver and tour guide was exceptional the driver was very prompt and professional and the tour guide was brilliant he new everything there is to know about the trip and he was very knowledgeable and it was worth every penny from start to finish.

Slick and professional service - All was as planned from logistics perspective plus the guide delivered what was a difficult subject very well. Pick up was early which meant we avoided queues. Tickets provided and group formed from
Multiple buses for tour. After initial location tour we moved to Birkenau by bus and completed tour before journey back to Krakow. Seamless service by drivers and guides.

Very Satisfied! - Our driver was excellent!! Polite, friendly, informative, kind and helpful. We booked very last minute late the night before because our tour with a different company was cancelled suddenly. The excursion was organized and ran smoothly and like clock work. There was a hiccup with the ticket at the entrance but our guide literally sprinted back to get it fixed in all of 20 seconds.
Auschwitz and Birkenau is a must see to pay your respects and remember all who were murdered there. A very heavy and emotional day but an important one to us. Our guide inside was excellent as well. I highly recommend this company.

Comfortable transport & privileged tour experience - Driver Wiktor picked us up on time at 545am and communicated clearly over Whatsapp. The drive to the camp was smooth and to my surprise, we were kind of given priority queue and were the 1st group to enter the camp/museum! Being the first to go in has its privileges as we didn't have to queue at the different sights and were able to experience certain spaces without any other groups in there. Totally love it.

Guided tour and transfer. - From start to finish the tour was very professional. Our driver was on time and gave excellent information about the tour. The tour guide was very good. Overall I was glad I got the guided tour rather than a self guided one.

5* - We were very happy with our trip to Auschwitz -Birkenau. (Everyone should go at least once) Damien our driver picked up at the scheduled time. And we had no delays getting in for the tours. And even dropped us off at the restaurant we booked in at, when we got back to Krakow. Will definitely use again.

Fabulous service - Having been told by all the agents around Krakow Old Town that there were no tickets available for days I reached out to Julian at 4 travellers. He responded quickly to my request and was able to offer us tickets for the following day.
The arrangements were perfect. We were picked up 30metres from our accommodation at 6am in the old town and transported with the other 5 guests in a modern luxury mini bus. We arrived at Auschwitz at 7:15 and had enough time for a toilet visit and a coffee before meeting our guide at 7:30. We had skip the queue tickets so walked straight in as soon the museum opened. We were the first group in the museum so as we walked around there were no other groups around. Being a group of just 7 we could easily chat with the guide and ask questions.
On leaving Auschwitz we had a 15 minute break, we opted to purchase a packed lunch which was offered when we booked which we found to be delicious and great value. By this time the museum was extremely busy so without this we would have had to queue for a long time to purchase any refreshments.
After a 5 minute drive we arrive at Birkenau where we again were first to arrive so were able to tour this sprawling complex with very few other visitors around.
Our guide who accompanied us at both venues was amazing as was our driver for the day Damian.
Very professional personal service at a great price, I highly recommend the company.

A must do activity - Whilst researching tours with other companies we read a lot about pick ups in the middle of the night and times being changed at the last minute but we had a great experience both with Viator & the Tour Operator, 4Travellers and we were collected at 1pm. There was good contact via both the app and WhatsApp with regards to pick ups etc. The tour guide was absolutely incredible and so informative, this is a must do if you’re visiting Krakow. Lest we forget.
