Excellent experience - Daniel was our driver and he was a very knowledgeable and charming young man. He looked after us very well through the tour. He is a very careful and safe driver and navigated dangerous driving conditions so well. On the way, he pointed out many interesting items to us . Highly recommend

Good your poor guide - Picked up hotel by Daniel who was great he was private transfer to the attraction he gave great information and keep group informed on times etc
The tour guide that took over to give our group the tour was abrupt rude to the whole tour group including people not in our group
No manners at all feel your would have been more informative should it had been someone else doing it

Impressive. - Our visit to Auschwitz went smoothly. We were picked up neatly on time by our driver Jan, who has taken us comfortably everywhere.
The tour itself was a bit rushed, because we only walked in later in the afternoon. Our guide was right in it. Don't do this tour if you can't walk properly.

History should be taught so it is never repeated - The tour was amazing. From the start Jan our driver, was on time, polite, safe driver and ready to be of service. The tour guide at the sites was very informative and had a passion to share the knowledge she had. I would thoroughly recommend Touristco to others. Thankyou very much. Vas

Highly recommended, excellent communication and lovely tour guides - We booked the tour just a few days before travelling. We were slightly hesitant as we'd read reviews of other companies cancelling tours at the last minute due to ticket issues, but everything went according to plan.
Our driver Stas was excellent, really knowledgeable, we learnt lots not only about Auschwitz but Poland and its neighbouring countries.
Everything was explained to us when we first got in the van, the journey was smooth and time passed quickly. When we arrived at Auschwitz Stas accompanied us into the reception area and made sure we knew exactly where to go and how the tour would run. At the end of the day he was there waiting for us at the bus stop to take us back to Krakow.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Krakow.

Unparalleled reflection - It was a wonderful experience, a moment of reflection that undoubtedly we all have to do at some point in our lives. There are simply no words to describe it, you have to live it to believe it. Our driver Daniel was very friendly and has treated us super well throughout the tour, always watching over us. Without a doubt the whole experience deserves the 5 stars.

Disappointing - Disappointing visit, it was very busy with lots of guided tours. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable but it was very rushed, you could not look or absorb any of the information for being rushed on to the next area, due to the amount of people. I would recommend going with out tour guide so you can look at the information.
Our private driver Stas was excellent & would recommend the packed lunch as the ques for food & drinks were long.

A Lesson in History! - This was a good tour the driver even though not my guide was knowledgeable. I was only disappointed that I was unable to get a Private guide as well as a Private driver. The group tour was knowledgeable, but seemed to be in a hurry and a few people in the group complained.
