Great experience - It's been a great experience. Margarita is a charming, professional, attentive, friendly and with perfect Spanish.
Our guide in the camps, Oscar knew and conveyed the story in an exciting way that made us imagine the horrible story that happened there.

Top tour, very professional - The bus driver, Tomasz K., was very friendly, communicative and entertaining. Everything went on time and the pace of the whole tour was very pleasant. The guide through the two camps was also very professional and the information was conveyed with much dignity and respect. Thank you for that, gladly again.

Auschwitz and Birkenau - The experience was very exciting, despite the 2 hours of queuing.
Kateryna Chepukova was very friendly.
The only catch is that they should allow more time for the visit to Auschwitz and reduce the Birkenau visit, because there are currently more modules and they are much more interesting and emotional at Auschwitz.

Visit to be made but organization to be reviewed - A reservation made on February 24 for a visit in French on April 30. The organizer warns me on April 25 that this is not possible because no guide in French, asks me to cancel. I manage to find a new slot for the same day but with English guide. But the cost is higher because this time there is a shuttle from Krakow. I'm booking for 9:00. The day before I received an email according to which the appointment is advanced to 4h40!!!!! Morning! We are at the rendezvous, the shuttle arrives at 5am and time to go around the pick-up points, we leave Krakow at 5:30am. Nevertheless pleasant trip. We arrive at the camp at 6:30. We queue from 6.30am to 8.10am (the site opens at 7.30am) to pick up tickets for a guided tour in English which starts at 9.30am. Except that we notice that a visit in French is available at 10:15 (time of the first booking). After the visit itself is to be made, and passed on. Even if we are far from understanding everything, the guide knows how to make the information very interesting. The shuttle to Birkenau is well organized. And our driver is at the end of the tour. I do not recommend this organizer with whom there are too many chances.

Watch out for SuperCracow Tours. Do not book with them. - Watch out for SuperCracow Tours, we were cancelled the guided tour to Auschwitz 2 days before going without the possibility of hiring him elsewhere. And that we had booked 2 months ago. No explanation and no alternativ

Awful! - I booked a guided tour. The pick up was arranged for 10am. Less than 12 hours before I recieved a message saying I would be collected at 415am and that there was no availability for the guided tour, so it would now be self-guided. Upon pick up, we were taken to Auswitchz 1, we then had to queue, standing up for FOUR HOURS. We collected our tickets (which were NOT prebooked by the company, and are also free of charge). We then were told our tour would start at 4pm. We were taken to the neighbouring camp Birkenaeu and left there for 4 hours (which is too long for this camp as it is quite small). Then we were taken to a museum to "kill some time". At 330pm we arrived back at Auswitchz and queued again for 40 minutes. When we entered we were told we had 1 hour 45 minutes until the bus would leave. We did not get to see everything we wanted to see, this was nowhere near enough time. The tour guide, Sebastian, was rude and unhelpful throughout, with minimal English. I would suggest taking an Uber to the grounds itself and arriving for 7am, to go and secure your FREE tickets. I am disappointed as I flew to Poland from the UK for this trip. I have put in a full complaint.

Unworthy of giving this this service. - I was cheated, I booked the visit Auschwitz and birknao in January 2025 , arrives the day before the visit on 19/04/2025 change my itinerary telling us that it is not possible to make the visit to Auschwitz and birknao , you can not understand since I was waiting for this visit and how many sacrifices I made to go to Krakow.

Horrible... the word is weak! - Run!
A lot of messages to tell you that there will be no guide and for the change of pickup time...
Arriving on the spot a so-called guide speaking English at a crazy speed and unstable behavior worthy of being in narcotics... no skip-the-line tickets forced to queue like everyone else...
5 hours to visit Birkenau and 1h30 for Auschwitz I...all with the help of a small paper guide...
In short an organization of m***!!!
