Well organised and professionally run tour - The pick up point was sent via email it was clear and details matched. We booked a packed lunch which was good.
The super clean coach arrived exactly at the appointment time. The tour host introduced both the driver (Peter)and himself (Mario) both were very professional. Mario was super and explained about the trip. The drive to Auschwitz took 1.5, hours and was very comfortable.
The admission fee was included in the package holiday so cannot comment.
The English speaking guide for the visit to Auschwitz and Birkenau was another Peter, he was very knowledgeable and delivered the tour at the right pace.
The visit to both destinations lasted approximately 4 hours. Longer was spent at Auschwitz than Birkenau but this may have been down to the amount of other tours taking place.
A very well organised tour we would definitely book with Super Cracow again a professional company

Well organised and informative - A well organised trip to a very meaningful, memorable must-see place if you visit Poland. Our pick up was on time and short walking distance from our apartment. Our tour guide (Mario) was very professional and informative and ensured our group got breaks inbetween the walks. It was a good tour of all the must-needed sights, so we think it was very reasonably priced and would recommend to others.

Excellent experience - Excellent experience. The tour was well organised. Communication was fantastic, and pick up from Krakow was easy. The journey was pleasant. On the spot we met the guide who was very knowledgeable. Big shout out to Mario who was fun and easy to approach, he added the personal touch to our visit. Well recommended to book the trips with this company 💕

Nice day trip - Tomek (driver and local guide) was awesome, “Margarita” (museum guide) not so much. We were quite disappointed with her, felt emotionless and like she didn’t even want to be there. We expected a bit more expression and engagement given the circumstances.

Beware when booking online! - Booked a last minute tour ( for the next day) but, in the rush, didn’t read all the blurb.
Big mistake. When I clicked on ‘availability’ it offered a 10am time slot, which I took.
I paid ( not cheap, nearly £70) snd thought ‘job done’.
About half an hour later, received a message saying that the slot I had chosen wasn’t available and that they could only give me a 5.30am slot. That would have meant getting up at 4.30 am, which after travelling here by train last night and not getting much sleep, did not appeal . So I messaged back to say to ask for a cancellation and refund. The answer was a firm no as apparently it says somewhere on the booking page that your booking time slot isn’t guaranteed and that it could be anywhere from 5am to 1pm, despite the fact that it showed availability for 10am!
I asked if they could show some discretion as I had only just made the booking and that ‘availability’ in my language means just that, not some other random time. But all they would do is refer me to the terms and conditions that I’d ( understandably I think) missed.
You could say it was my fault I guess, but at the end of the day the company had not lost any money on this booking made in error, and could have just exercised some discretion and refunded at least some of my money.
Be careful out there!
