Excellent Tour - Really well organised trip. Our driver Jay was great, very informative and explained everything as we went. There were plenty of breaks factored in and the tour guides at the salt mines and Auschwitz were both excellent. Everything went to schedule.

Great day full of excursions - Great tour, long day with a lot of walking. Great excursions. The salt mine was wonderful and impressive. Lots of pictures taken, and information received. The guide was very friendly and professional, knowledgeable. The Auschwitz excursion was very informative and a bit depressing simply because of the subject. But, people need to see and hear and understand the degree of brutality and cruelty with which people in the concentration camps (and war in general) were treated. Our host Jay was prompt, friendly and informative. One suggestion is to start the day with the concentration camps visit and finish at the salt mine to cheer people up.

Full day of interesting excursions - This was a great tour. Long day but very full with activities. Our host Jay was very friendly and informative. We had good breaks between excursions. The pace was just right for us. Lots to walk. The concentration camps were depressing as we could see how people were treated by nazis. Salt mine was wonderful, very impressive. If it was up to me I would do Auschwitz first and salt mine after.

Brilliant day!! - I had an incredible experience on this trip, made even better by our driver, Jay. From the moment we met him, he was welcoming, friendly, and full of great humor, which really helped set the tone for the day. He made us feel comfortable right away and kept us entertained throughout the journey. We visited the salt mines and Auschwitz, and everything was well-organized and smooth thanks to Jay. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and always made sure we were where we needed to be on time without ever feeling rushed. Overall, it was a memorable and meaningful day, and Jay truly made a big difference. I would highly recommend this tour—especially if you’re lucky enough to have Jay as your driver!

Good trip but be prepared! - This was a great experience to do, it was so interesting to hear all the history behind both the trips. The tour guide was friendly. Lots of walking thought out the whole day. We were so glad we did this experience. Only thing that disappointed us was when we got to the salt mines all 4 cafe shops were closed throughout, the souvenir shops were open but every cafe were closed so after not having time for breakfast or get snacks for the trip due to only flying in at 1am the night before we were starving and was unable to eat til 2pm. Not fault of the tour guide but the salt mines should have prewarned them that there was no food or drink throughout. It didn’t ruin our day but we did nearly have to bail half way through if we didn't get to eat when we did as was feeling very sick especially after going down the 800 steps haha!
