We collected on time from... - We where collected on time from the pickup point, this was my second visit to Auschwitz and the modernisation to some of the blocks was very noticeable.

Visit Auschwitz- perfect - Perfect end to end. Top organization. Another app cancelled our visit at the last moment. Luckily Viator was able to offer us a visit to the top.

Royal Tours Auschwitz 5 Star! - So I booked with another tour group that cancelled last minute and I was able to get a spot on Royal tours, there was a collection/pick up option but I prefer to make my own way. The initial tour was for 12:00 which was changed to 11:30 with ample notice. They also offer a food option for only 40 Zloty. You get given your assigned sticker by the host who takes you to your tour guide from the assigned meeting point (they send you a google maps link on WhatsApp so you cannot get lost) greeted by the tour guide and you’re on your way, both tours probably take 3 hours in total, it’s very busy but the atmosphere is something else. The guide was great, so informative, I would recommend Royal Tours to all. Five stars!

A great tour! - The guide is key and our guide was fantastic. H spoke clearly and did not get overely emotional but yet his delivery was heart felt.

Thank you. - Thanks to Royal Tours Krakow for agreeing to postpone the visit originally scheduled for the end of November. The transfers went very well with very kind drivers. Many people at the memorial even at this time but the guide in French was very good. The visit to the Auschwitz-Birkenau camp is moving but you should do it even if you are a bit pressed by the other groups.

Fantastic tour guide - We visited Auschwitz at 1230 on 18th January and were given an orange badge. Our tour guide (sadly I didn’t get his name but hopefully with date and time you will know plus he is in attached photo) was absolutely phenomenal. He spoke with such passion and brought everything to life. Both my husband and I felt we had learned so much and I really hope he gets to hear what an impression he made to us and all on the tour. Thank you

List of Auschwitz - Very interesting to see. Good organization since collection at a meeting point, transportation and visit of the 2 sites. However, the guide in French was not very loquacious: no dialogue with the public, answered no questions (he only debited his comments). Too important a group, the guide did not wait for everyone to be there to start his explanations.

Visit to be made - Extremely interesting visit, with a French Guide, equipped with a microphone, and we wore a headset so we could hear throughout the visit to Auschwitz And then, without equipment in Birkenau, but since there were far fewer people, we could follow the explanations. The tour operator asked us the day before, if it was possible to go to the meeting point at 6am, instead of 10am. Arriving at the meeting point, there were a lot of people and buses so a little difficult to get there. But the drivers have the lists of passengers they should welcome on their bus, so you have to be careful , because everyone lists their list. We were afraid of being very cold, but the visit to Auschwitz happens a lot in the heated buildings. It lasts two hours. And Birkenau, it only lasts an hour, and the majority is outside.

Iconic but express visit - The place is historic and emblematic but the visit is expeditious due to the world, we are not immersed in the history of its places, disappointed and dissatisfied for this experience that was to be significant..

It was likely a... - It was likely a well-organized guided tour, but late in the evening before our scheduled departure, we received a call informing us that the English-language tour had been cancelled and that German was the only available option. As a result, we spent four hours on the tour without understanding any of the information provided. They are quick to respond to emails; however, this offers little reassurance when no alternative solutions are available.
