Additional Information

I aim to provide a distinctive and memorable experience of Seoul to all my visitors. Our walking tour will take you to renowned and significant places known for their breathtaking architecture and deep-rooted history.

There are two variations of walking tours available:

Option 1: Walking tour that includes a food experience. During this tour, you’ll get to sample Korean street food at Gwangjang Market, regarded as Seoul’s most eminent marketplace.

Option 2: Walking tour that excludes the food experience. This version does not involve food tasting at Gwangjang Market. It is highly suggested that you visit the market independently to relish local Korean street food either before or after the tour.

Guests opting for the ‘Tour that includes a food experience’ will commence the tour one hour ahead and then will mingle with guests of the ‘Tour without a food experience’.

Amazing way to see Seoul! - Kao is fantastic! Bike Touring with him was like visiting a friend in the city. He was very informative throughout the tour, took pictures, and brought his personal experiences to help us navigate our first time in Seoul. Ended at a market picking out a shared lunch and enjoying a picnic by the river. Highly recommend!

Relaxing bike ride in a less touristy area - A pleasant cycle around a park and shopping street. We also visited a butterfly garden. The course is fairly easy, also suitable for older children and less confident cyclists. The guide Koa was friendly and patient.

An Accessible Active Tour - Kao gave a lovely personable tour down the river, through Seoul Forest and Seongsu (the “Brooklyn of Seoul”). Three hours did go fast if you stayed for picnicking together. The tour makes you realize how big Seoul is because you’re only biking a small portion of the river on only one side 😅 This was a good way to learn about the river, unexpectedly learn about some real estate prices, and meet fellow visitors. Very relaxed pace makes the tour accessible to any fitness level. I think he could definitely offer another version of the tour that is longer and could potentially include another park or two as the path and park infrastructure is so nice, esp this time of year.

First time on a Bike tour - solo travel - My favourite part of the tour was discovering neighborhoods that we're so popular for tourists. I always walk by Han River along Banpo but Koa's tour helped me discover other areas of Hanggang Park. We biked along the river, Seoul Forest (areas that I've never been to even though it's not my first time), dropped by for a drink at a quite interesting coffee shop, we also had lunch at his main water sports shop by the river. I was the only guest at that time and Koa was kind enough to accommodate me and gave me options on where or what I wanted to do during the tour. I wish I had the chance to do his water sports as well but I was already in my last days in Seoul, but would definitely come back. After the bike tour I met up with Koa again a couple days later for Inwangsan hike, market tour and Korean BBQ after. Honestly his humour and English skills made this experience stand out for me. He has many interesting stories and knows exactly how to make a group of tourists enjoy spending time with one another despite of being strangers. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Seoul. Also try his water sports when you get a chance! See you again Koa!

Zero regret, perfect for solo traveler! - The bike tour is amazing, and Koa is a go-to guy who you can ask basically anything on Seoul, but particularly on outdoorsy activities. He's so friendly, fun, and really care about the group and their individual interest that he tried to accommodate. I booked 2 trips with him and both times I had blast! I had so much fun with new friends I met during the bike tour; biking along the Han river, sampling local delicacies (including the famous salt bread), visiting local shops and their signature products in Seongsu (of course, the Dior pop up store is not very local but it was still so nice!), and last but not least, picnicking in the park with chicken, beer and lots of banchan we acquired from the local market (*the banchan shop is awesome and have hundreds of varieties, must visit!) All in all, I would do it over... it's one of the highlight of my solo traveling in Seoul.

Best tour in Seoul - In Seoul you won’t find any best guide than Koa! He says it in the description and he’s not lying: he truly loves the Han river vibe! And the best part is that you’ll feel the same after 1 tour with him! We started by the river, then went to Seoul forest which was full of tulips! and then we went to a hipster street to eat the best bread! And after all that bicycle, we ended the tour by a local market where we found some great 반찬 that we ate with chicken and beer… by the Han river of course! That tour will make you feel like a local which is pretty cool ! Oh! And Koa is so cheerful, funny and easy going that I did 3 activities with him so don’t hesitate to ask for his other tours as well!
