Different than other winery tours - We drove here ourselves, it was easy to find and park. We had emailed about a month before our visit to request a spot for a tour so we did not use a transfer. This family owned winery, 3 generations, provided a passionate, thorough and enthusiastic tour. The use of cement vats for fermenting is intriguing. We just can't explain how different this tour was from others and that of those in the United States where we are from. If you only have time for one winery tour while in Crete, this is the one that shouldn't be overlooked!! We can't express that enough! Our only disappointment was that we didn't allow more space in our suitcase to purchase more. The tasting afterward left us wanting to buy much more as we can't purchase this wine in the United States.
