Breathtaking Caves, Cliff Jumps, and the Most Caring Guide - We went on a boat tour for my birthday, and it honestly turned into one of the most memorable experiences ever thanks to our incredible guide, Aki. From the start, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and full of good energy — the kind of person who immediately sets the tone for a fun and relaxed day. The tour itself was stunning — we visited the blue caves, the submarine tunnels, and Our Lady of the Rocks — but what made it truly special was Aki. When we arrived at the caves, he encouraged us to explore and soak in the beauty around us without ever making anyone feel pressured. Some people in our group wanted to try cliff jumping, and Aki was both attentive and safety-focused: he showed everyone the safest spots, explained what to do, and then turned into our biggest cheerleader as each person leapt. When he found out it was my birthday, he celebrated right along with us, which made me feel really special. It wasn’t just a passing comment — he genuinely joined in on the joy of the day, and it meant a lot. He was also amazing at helping us capture memories, happily taking photos on our phones and making sure we had the best views in the background. What impressed me most was how much he cared about everyone on board. My boyfriend unfortunately got seasick during the tour, and Aki’s response was so kind and thoughtful. He immediately paused to see what he could do to help, offering tissues and checking through everything he had on hand that might make him more comfortable. Most importantly, he constantly checked in to make sure my boyfriend was okay and never made him feel awkward about it. It was clear that our safety, health, and enjoyment were his top priorities. You can tell Aki truly loves what he does and cares about the people he’s guiding. Anyone lucky enough to have him as their captain is in for an unforgettable experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate my birthday — thank you, Aki! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Okay but not Great - Had high hopes for this excursion but was a little disappointed. To begin, we had 13 people on the boat which made it feel crowded. The ride was very long and bumpy with all the boat traffic, especially once you get outside the Bay of Kotor. The submarine tunnel was interesting to see but not much information from the boat driver. When we arrived at the Blue Cave, there were several other boats inside the cave. We stayed inside less than 5 minutes because of all the traffic, and there was no chance to get in the water inside the cave. Once back out of the cave, the boat driver found a nearby spot where we could get in the water to swim / snorkel. But again there were many, many other boats around us doing the same thing. It makes you feel a little nervous when snorkeling because of all the other boats moving around you. We spent about 15 or 20 minutes at this spot. Our last stop on the way back to Kotor was "Our Lady of the Rocks". It was very interesting but again very crowded and very small. We were there about 20 minutes but you don't need more than 10 to see everything. Then it was back to Kotor. Overall it was okay but not great.
