Humbling Visit to Treblinka - It is worth the time and effort to visit Treblinka, to pay respects to those who perished there. This trip was well organized, with a terrific guide, Marcin, who arrived on time and was a font of information on the ride to and from Treblinka, and during the tour of the site itself. Marcin is an historian by studies and can easily speak to a wide variety of subjects, connecting key pieces of information to the development, use and attempted destruction of the site. The day was very cold (13 degrees F), but the tour was not hurried, with ample time for individual space and reflection at the site. I would highly recommend this tour and this tour guide. Looking forward to having Marcin lead another tour for me in the future!

A Visit to Treblinka - This was an amazing tour, and our tour guide, Marcin Hilgier, was superb. Marcin was extremely knowledgeable of Polish history and culture, not only answering our questions but engaging us in conversation on Polish life.He provided the historical context to Treblinka and shared his own reflections on the tragic narrative of this place. I did not know what to expect, and found the site very stark yet very moving - despite the German's effort to completely erase of the camp from history, it lives on. Marcin gave us ample opportunity to not only learn, but reflect on the importance of Treblinka not only to Poland, to to the world. I highly recommend both Treblinka and our tour guide, Marcin Hilgier.

Meaningful tour in an intense location - This tour was incredibly meaningful. The tour guide, Marcin, was amazingly knowledgeable. He provided details about not only Treblinka but Poland more broadly. He also went above and beyond helping me search out specific areas of the camp and even visiting a local town where family members once lived. Highly recommend

Incredible tour and guide - Marcin was the most amazing tour guide. He’s a wealth of knowledge. On the drive up, he explained the history of Treblinka and what to expect. We asked a ton of questions. I would highly recommend this tour and if you are lucky enough to get Marcin, it’s an added bonus.

A meaningful experience, in a solemn location. - I feel a bit strange writing a review for visiting a place where hundreds of thousands of people lost their life. However, the visit to this sacred ground was made a whole lot more meaningful, thanks to my tour guide, Marcin. On the ride over he provided a ton of context not only about the camp, but about the surrounding area and the time. With which the events happened. At the camp he provided me an in-depth look through the objects in the museum and the grounds overall. He even went so far as to find one stone that I was looking for representing a community where my family lost people. After leaving the camp, Marcin, went above and beyond taking me out of the way to a small little town where my family was originally from. This enabled me to see where they're from and some of the monuments there to those who lost their lives. The whole experience was once in a lifetime and I'm so grateful to Marcin for being able to provide that for me

Very Informative Tour - Our guide Marcin was great! He picked us up from our hotel and took us to the monument, providing us a detailed history of Operation Reinhart along the way. Once at the monument he showed us around the museum and prepared us for what we would be seeing. On our walk in he gave many interesting facts and details of what we were seeing, helping us to fully realize the scope of what had happened there. The cold weather and a large school group threw a couple challenges, but we were able to navigate all with his assistance. After the tour we enjoyed a delicious lunch in a small village and informative conversation on our trip back to Warsaw. I highly recommend this tour and experience!
