Initially, many individuals overlook the sensory aspect of olive oil tasting, which involves both taste and aroma.
The journey starts with a stroll through our property, allowing guests to become acquainted with the entire olive oil production process. The adventure proceeds to our custom-designed area for olive oil storage, where visitors can sample the oil following the official tasting protocol with the use of special blue glasses.
To cap off the experience, guests will be treated to authentic Greek dishes prepared by Mama Kontessa at our family-run taverna adjacent to the farm.
Note: Each visitor will receive a complimentary bottle of olive oil as a token of our hospitality.
