A Day in the Life of a Kula Park Ranger

But the highlight of the day was undoubtedly meeting Fred the iguana. My kids were captivated by his calm demeanor and loved being able to handle him under the watchful eye of the park staff.

Adventure and Conservation

The adventure didn’t stop there. My kids were thrilled to try the zip line, which my daughter described as “epic.” The water slide was another hit, providing endless fun and laughter. But what truly made this experience special was the opportunity to contribute to the park’s conservation efforts.

As part of the program, my kids got to plant a fruiting tree, leaving their mark in Fiji and helping to support the local wildlife. It was a meaningful way to end the day, and it sparked conversations about the importance of conservation and caring for our planet.
