Everyone shall try - That was my first time trying rafting in my life . It was an amazing adventure , our boat captain was crazy and added alot of fun to this adventure .

Great experience - We enjoyed our day trip. It was well organised. Especially appreciated that we were all made to walk through cold river on arrival before we got to the boats. This helped to acclimatise with ice cold waters and to avoid a shock. My son 14 years old gone over board on the first rapid as didn’t hold to the boat properly. However he was pulled out by our guide immediately

Great trip 👌 - Had a great trip with this team! Everything ran very smoothly during the day, the rafting was super fun and our instructor (Bekir) was also amazing, providing lots of entertainment. Food was also very tasty even for vegetarians. Only negative point was that the bus stank of petrol! Did get quite nauseating after a while. Other than that, an overall lovely experience and great value for money.

A lot of Fun and actions - It’s an amazing place at some point you will feel it’s fake , highly recommended specially swimming there ( with blue cart in your hand like a watch) there are cars take you from meeting points you can swimming until you reach the waterfall with unbelievable views Have a nice trip

Fantastic trip - My partner was a bit nervous as he cant swim very well and the guides were brilliant and ended up having a 2 person canoe at extra cost and it was amazing. The food and guides were great. The scenery was just stunning and to go on a zip wire at extra cost which was worth it. Cant recommend highly enough, prices for the video was good too.

Rafting, fab day out - We had a fantastic day, but a few pointers for improvement, generally around the organisation, it’s chaotic at the start, none of the clients know what is going on, although eventually everyone seems to get to their required activity. Shoes and gloves €10, phone case €10 available at the start. Food stop in the middle, €3 Fanta, €3 Doritos and you are told lunch would be 3 hours away, it was a further hour. Photo €5. So an excellent deal initially can turn into an expensive activity. Rafting was great for all ages, swimming and jumping excellent. Scenery along the way beautiful. Food at the end tasty and fresh. Changing facilities available. We were picked up around 10.30 and back by 4.30. Highly recommend this trip, just get your shoes and phone cover before you go, gloves we didn’t find necessary.

Great time for the whole family - We extremely enjoyed the rafting itself, children as well as adults! Everything was well arranged and managed. Things to improve: Food - include at least the tea in the suggested lunch. Waiting time - too much time we spent for waiting while other people completing other activities, why the buses were not arranged by the time spending or activity types? Language - we reserved in russian, but the whole activity was on english.

Kept waiting hours on end - If you are only planning to to rafting, don't expect to do a while day of rafting. You'll do exactly the same amount of rafting that everybody else does but you'll have to wait for everybody else to finish the other activities before bringing you back. So expect hours of waiting around. I recommend you just do the multiple activity day.

Do not book with IDEAL rafting - Ok. So here’s our honest review. The actual rafting is exactly what you hope for. A good guide who was fun and engaging, and a beautiful river with regular rapids that were enough to get the adrenaline going but not too much to make it scary. As a family of 5, with 19, 18 and 14yr old children, we all really enjoyed the ride. However, we would highly recommend booking through your rep at hotel and ask questions. We booked directly through TripAdvisor and saved £40 on the overall trip. Big mistake! We were picked up on time at 8:30am. But the driver drove so aggressively and dangerously I had to call out to him to please slow down. When we finally arrived at our destination (1hr) he spoke to me to ask why I asked him to slow down. I explained if he came to England with his family and I drove like that, I would expect him to be upset and angry. He did not agree and said he was a good driver! The worst bit is, he then sat and drank tea with his mates while we had to wait for 3 more minibuses to arrive before we go get into the raft. We started actually rafting at 12:30pm! After waiting over 2 hours for people to show up. So in summary, the rafting is brilliant but just be careful who you book with. This was IDEAL rafting and we would suggest staying clear as poorly organised. People in our hotel have used TUI etc and has a better organised trip with the same rafting experience.

Fun day ended up ruined day 😔 - We were left behind. Communication was horrible. Never received location confirmation. Bus drivers did not speak English. We were there and left without us.
