Good value adventure - Overall the day was good, it went to schedule and included about 1 hour of canyoning, 14km of white water rafting and a zipline. The canyoning was very basic - more like walking/swimming at the bottom of a canyon than the more fun bits like using ropes and ladders and jumping into pools. The white water rafting was quite tame too, but perhaps that's down to rainfall. The guides were friendly and fun. Only critism was language - we selected English and the coach driver spoke no English, and our group was entirely polish - out of perhaps 300 people in the whole group we were the only English so missed out on the jokes and team spirit - perhaps choose another company if that matters.

Rafting definitely must do! Canyoning and zipline can be skipped. - Rafting is really great! Rapids are not very strong but the whole ride is well animated. Guides from Express Rafting are really friendly and funny! Canyoning is nice but quite short and not a lot of sliding or jumping to the water. Maybe because I was alone with the guide he was not showing me all the hidden places and how to go behind the waterfalls..as water was really cold (5-6 degree) he probably wanted to finish fast. Zipline is also nice, however don’t expect high adrenaline, not very steep. In general pick up and drop off is taking time but it is totally normal when you need to get to all possible hotels. To summarize: great experience, definitely worth it!
