Piran must see - Istranka Tours was only 10 meters from the exit of the ship and the tour bus was clean, air conditioned with seat belts. The drive to Piran was scenic. Piran was wonderful great people, shopping, sights and food. Tour guide and driver friendly and informed

Koper to Piran tour - We stopped in Koper as part of a Marella Cruise. On disembarking we booked the 3-1/2 trip to Piran, with 2-hours free time. The cost of €23 each was very good value and I would highly recommend the tour. The guide, Dominika, was friendly and knowledgeable.

Pretty Piran by the Sea in Slovenia - I really loved the city of Piran, by the sea and just spectacularly beautiful. The shopping was good nice assortment of mementos. I was especially pleased with the purchase of a black ship captains hat to expand my collection!

Great day trip - What a great trip. Very reasonably priced. Courteous staff and knowledgeable guide. Piran is a beautiful town, with lots of interesting places to visit. Excellent.

Piran - A 30 minute bus ride through some lovely scenery brought us to the seaside town of Piran where we spent the next two hours. We walked around the port, up to the church and onto the city walls. We still had enough time to enjoy a lovely glass of wine in the square

Worth it. - Love this tour. It was just the right amount of time. Great time. The bus was comfortable. The tour lady was very informative.

An afternoon in Piran - We signed up for this tour when our ship docked at Koper. The cost was 24 Euros per adult. The bus was clean and the driver was excellent. Our guide was also excellent; speaking both on our way and return from Piran. I would highly recommend this tour.

Well organised and informative - Koper was one of our ports of call on a cruise in august. When we got off the ship in the morning we had a little wander in Koper and decided that we’d like to see a bit more so we headed back to the port and had a chat with one of the very friendly tour staff members about a trip down to Piran. The bus tour was 22 euros pp and was very well organised on an air con coach. The guide in the coach was very informative and we had a short stop on the way to Piran at Izola for a lovely photo opportunity. We had a couple of hours in Piran - could have spent all day there but it was nice to have a little visit nonetheless. On pick up we took the road through Portoroz which was beautiful. The guide gave a bit of insight of this area on the way back too and was exceptionally knowledgeable.

Wish I could have experienced this tour. - Probably very unfair. I didn't actually go on this tour because I found out when I got to the meeting point quite far from Ljubljana where I was staying, that the tour date had been changed to the day before because of a cruise stop schedule change. The tour operator had tried to inform me through the Viator messaging system, but I didn't think to check it until I found no one at the meeting point. I wish I could have experienced it, and would recommend you do so. Just double check that the tour is actually going.
