Hierapolis, meaning “sacred city,” earned its name due to the numerous temples located here. Today, the theatre, the Temple of Apollo, and the Necropolis are among the most notable sites in Hierapolis. During the tour, you will visit the Necropolis (Cemetery) of Hierapolis, one of Anatolia’s largest ancient burial sites; a Roman bath, the Gate of Domitian, the main street of the ancient city, the Byzantium Gate, and the Ploutonion.
• Pamukkale Thermal Pools - Experience the therapeutic waters of Pamukkale and stroll through the natural warm water terraces, formed by calcium-rich warm water. The water temperature remains around 35 Celsius year-round. You will have the opportunity to witness the dazzling white travertine terraces of Pamukkale, situated next to the ruins of Hierapolis.
