DAY 1 ARRIVAL IN COCHIN

Cochin Spice Market - Upon arrival at Cochin International Airport, guests will be warmly welcomed by our tour representative and assisted with their hotel transfer. Check in at the hotel in Cochin (Kochi) and take some time to relax before embarking on a guided city sightseeing tour covering major attractions.

Known as the Queen of the Arabian Sea, Cochin is one of Kerala’s most popular travel destinations, offering a unique blend of history, culture, and coastal beauty. Visit the historic Mattancherry Palace and the famous Paradesi Synagogue, celebrated for their rich heritage and colonial architecture. Explore renowned religious landmarks such as St. Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica, and the Ernakulam Shiva Temple, which are key spiritual attractions in Cochin. Experience the iconic Chinese fishing nets at Fort Kochi Beach during sunset, one of the most photographed sights in Kerala. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Kathakali dance performance in Cochin. After completing the tour, return to the hotel.

DAY 2 COCHIN - ALLEPPEY (1 AND A HALF HOURS DRIVE)

Alleppey Backwaters - Begin the day with a healthy breakfast. Prepare for check-out from the hotel and drive to Alleppey. Check-in to the houseboat from Pallathuruthy Jetty by 12 pm.

Cruise through the captivating attractions of Kanitta and Vilakumaram Thodu. The surroundings are beautiful, offering a blissful experience. A delicious lunch is arranged on-board. The cruise continues through SNDP thodu, Kuppapuram, and Vembanad Kayal. Stop at Kainakary for 1 hour of canoeing. Both adventure and nature lovers can enjoy this activity. Next, the cruise proceeds to Kuttamangalam, Chennengary via Nedumudi. Experience the serene bliss of the backwaters.

A delicious traditional dinner is available on the charming houseboat. Enjoy a wonderful night stay.

DAY 3 ALLEPPEY - THEKKADY (4-5 HOURS SCENIC DRIVE)

Thekkady - After breakfast, check-out and de-board the houseboat. Begin the scenic journey to Thekkady. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy a Spices Plantation tour followed by a local lunch. Explore the cultivation of aromatic spices such as cardamom, cinnamon, and pepper while learning about their medicinal and culinary uses, then enjoy lunch. In the evening, head to a traditional Kerala art center to enjoy an indigenous martial art show called Kalaripayattu. Overnight stay at Thekkady.

DAY 4 THEKKADY – DEPARTURE FROM COCHIN (2 HOURS)

Kochi (Cochin) - Early morning at 6 A.M., start the day with a scenic boat cruise on Periyar Lake within the Periyar National Park. This is the best way to spot Kerala’s wildlife, especially wild elephants, sambar deer, and Indian bison. After approximately 1 & 1/2 hours, return to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, check out and drive back to Cochin Airport / Railway Station with fresh memories and vibrant experiences from the tour.
