Arrive in Cochin

Kochi (Cochin) - Upon arrival at the airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our local representative who will provide you with all your travel documents and essential details for your tour in India. You will then be transferred to your hotel by your driver. After a few hours of rest, explore the historic Fort Cochin district. In the late afternoon, enjoy a seaside walk to see the Chinese fishing nets, large structures used by local fishermen. This is also a perfect time to witness a breathtaking sunset. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Cochin - Munnar

Munnar - Depart for Munnar, a picturesque mountainous region in Kerala known for its tea plantations. En route, take a brief stop to admire the stunning Cheeyapara (or Valara) waterfalls before arriving at your hotel. Later, visit the city market and enjoy some free time. You can choose to dine at an excellent restaurant in the market or return to the hotel for dinner.

Munnar (Full Day)

Mattupetty Dam - Start your day early with a short hike organized by the hotel through the tea plantations on the surrounding hills. Spend the rest of the day exploring Munnar, including a visit to the tea museum where you can witness the tea preparation ceremony. Visit the impressive Mattupetty Dam, with an option for a boat ride. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Munnar - Thekkady

Thekkady - After breakfast, travel to Thekkady, located in southern Kerala. Along the way, enjoy the beautiful landscapes of tea and coffee plantations. This area is also renowned for its diverse local spices. Visit a spice garden with a guide who will provide detailed explanations about the spices. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and enjoy a free evening.

Thekkady - Houseboat

Vembanad Lake - After breakfast, board a houseboat, a traditional floating home on Lake Vembanad. The crew will greet you with a welcome cocktail (a local drink). Enjoy lunch on the boat, prepared by your personal chef. Spend a delightful day sailing the tranquil waters, observing the daily life of the locals. Your day will be complemented with tea and coffee served with cookies. Dinner will be served on board.
