Faultless, amazing experience - This has been a once in a lifetime experience - everything was so simple, communication was excellent and the itinerary was perfectly crafted. All staff - especially our driver - were excellent and very accommodating. The accommodation options in Munnar and the houseboat had all amenities and were clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a unique experience in Kerala.

Memorable Kerala Trip with Iris Holidays - Had a great experience with Iris Holidays for our Kerala trip. Akshay from the team was very supportive and helped curate a personalized itinerary, accommodating all our changes smoothly. Also, a big thanks to our cab driver Akash, who showed us around Kerala and explained all the places really well. Overall, a very pleasant and well-managed trip!

4 days in Kerala - I booked a private tour of 4 days, with 2 nights in Munnar and 1 in houseboat with the addition of Vattavada. Thanks to Saranya who helped me define the program, accommodating my requests for changes, and Rajesh who was a great driver, attentive and considerate. On the last day I asked for a small unscheduled stop and it immediately accommodated me. Communication was simple, in English and via whatsapp/email. I made a request to change the first accommodation option and the chosen facilities were absolutely perfect! Only small note, with an international clientele the driver could speak a little more English. It is true that it is not a guide and that we have always understood each other but being able to have a word, especially traveling alone, would have been nice. In all cases absolutely recommended!

Memorable Kochi–Marari–Kumarakom trip with IrisHolidays - I recently completed a 3 nights and 4 days trip with my family to Kochi, Marari, and Kumarakom booked through Iris Holidays, and it was a wonderful experience. Saranya, the Trip Designer, was very helpful in planning our itinerary and provided us with a well-structured and economic package. All the hotels she selected for us were good, comfortable, and well maintained. The food at the hotels was also excellent. Our driver Antony picked us up from Kochi Airport on time and coordinated the entire trip very smoothly. He was punctual throughout the journey and ensured timely pick-ups and drops at every location until our final drop at the Kochi hotel. He was also very helpful in guiding us with shopping for Kerala specialties and local items. Overall, we had a pleasant and hassle-free trip. Thank you to the Iris Holidays team for the great arrangements. I would definitely recommend Antony as a driver and Iris Holidays to anyone planning a Kerala trip.

Monesh is the Man!! - We went on a 4 day tour with Monesh and an itinerary planned by Iris Holidays - hitting all the lovely spots through Kochi, Munnar, and Allepey! Huge shout out to Monesh for making it a memorable, warm, and insightful time in Kerala!! Hope to be back soon ~~

Amazing - We booked a 4 day package with Iris holidays for Munnar and Thekkady and our experience was amazing. Stay was as shared in brochure. Hotels were already aware of bookings and they ensured our comfort. Our experience with Mr. Vipin (our driver) was also really good. He was well aware with routes and food places also. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended! - We had an amazing experience with Mr. Akhil from Iris Holidays during our trip to Munnar, Alleppey, and Cochin. He was professional, punctual, and incredibly courteous throughout the journey. His driving was safe and comfortable, and he was always happy to share local insights and accommodate our plans. Viator Itinerary is different from Iris Holiday’s itinerary - I booked this Viator tour based on Viator itinerary but Viator Itinerary is different from Iris Holiday’s itinerary 1. day 1 no tea gardern so we having nothing to do for most of afternoon. We request to go some place where is 11 min drive but refused 2. Day 2 no Mattupetti Indo-Swiss Farm and Kannan Devan Tea Museum 3. Day 3 —Didn’t go Alappuzha Beach and Alleppey Beach as listed in itinerary 4. Hotel Lake & Hill is very smelly with very strong scent . Hotel is not in Munner as listed 5. Tour director has no responses when we ask for anything 6. My Viator Kerala booking disappear from my account which I have screen shots for proof 7. I have to ask and fight for getting day 4 metro village backwater tour which is listed on original Viator itinerary

An honest review - I wa really looking forward to this and it was nice but beware of who you get as a guide…. I was picked up at my hotel by my driver an after several attempts of trying to communicate small talk with my driver with very little effort from him in return I figured hey he’s the driver and later we will pick up the guide! So after 5-6 hours in the car I realized I’m in trouble at the first hotel stop I reached out to the company to figure out what was going on, they offered me another driver/guide I was ok with that even though I lost a full day . the next day same driver!!!!and now it’s really awkward and while a temporary guide showed up for the day by evening he was done and it was back to awkward silence and that was the rest of the trip . As a solo traveler you still pay for 2 people so it was annoying ,the company did not respond to my emails , so just a heads up to fellow travelers make sure you can converse with your driver before you leave town because there won’t be an alternative once you reach the countryside , btw the boat trip and guys on that wee awesome we fished and chilled out and got away from the traffic for a night which was really nice.
