Turn onto Long street which takes you onto Thesen Island. As come into Thesen Harbour town take the second exit at the traffic circle. The Knysna Experience will be on your left.

Amazing Experience with Fantastic Crew - We only had a limited amount of time in Knysna, so when we saw this cruise, we simply had to go. The afternoon was amazing and the food was sensational. The staff were incredibly professional. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Worst experience with All4One Lagoon Charters - On Wednesday the 8th of November 2023 , I went to the All4One Lagoon Charters offices to make a booking for a sunset cruise for me and my husband for Friday the 10th of November 2023.We initially wanted to book the Olympic Flame yacht and were informed that they require a minimum of 4 people and they were going to to advertise their yacht so that more people can come on board. We made a provisional booking on the Serendipity pending outcome of the bookings for the Olympic flame yacht. On the date of the cruise we were informed that there were not able to get more people and therefore we had to go on the Serendipity boat. We were not keen to go on the serendipity boat as the boat is very small and does not give you the cruise experience we wanted and therefore we requested for a refund. The owners refused to give us a refund and yet there are the ones who failed to honor their end of the deal. I would not recommend anyone to make a booking with this company as you will not get the cruise experience. We ended up going next door to Ocean Sailing Charters and went for the sunset cruise which was very amazing! Rather go book at Ocean Sailing Charters to avoid disappointment!
