Swellendam - Swellendam is a two-hour drive from Cape Town. Departing from Cape Town at 8 am, the journey follows the N2. The route is picturesque, passing through Paarl and Worcester before reaching Swellendam. This charming town connects the Overberg with the Garden Route and is beautifully situated by the Koornlands River. Nestled at the base of the Langeberg mountains, it is near the R62 Wine Route.

Wilderness - From Swellendam, the journey continues mainly inland until reaching the stunning seaside town of Wilderness. Wilderness boasts beautiful beaches, mountains, and the sea, offering everything one could desire.

Knysna - Eventually, the journey arrives in Knysna, the heart of the Garden Route. This will be the base for the next three days to explore the Garden Route.
