Amazing! - Gas and Chiara were incredible instructors! Their teaching style is fun and relaxed. The theory was well presented so the key points were easy to remember. The support, encouragement and feedback I received in the water helped me improve my Freedives. The facilities and equipment were also at a high standard. Could not recommend the instructors and diving course enough!!

Best freediving certification experience - I got certified under instructor Chiara Bussini and she’s really nice, funny and patient when teaching. We did relaxation exercises and I managed to comfortably free dive up to 12m for my Wave 1 certification. We even saw manta rays and her photo package was such a good way to remember the trip. Many beautiful pictures from the free dive training as well as the manta trip were taken for me and my friend and I enjoyed the training a lot. Thanks Chiara and Freedive Nusa!

The Wave 1 Course is well designed, set up and executed and the experience with Nusa Freediving makes this well worth the money. Gaston, my coach was highly knowledgable, informative, understanding, lovely and really helped me to achieve more than I thought I possibly could.

Freediving professionals - They are professionals at what they do! If you are interested in trying freediving, it's the place to go. The combination of theory and practice lessons will help you to overcome some emotional and physical challenges and you will be able to free dive for the first time in your life. I took this course, to learn how to be more relaxed during surf wipeouts. By learning different breathing techniques and relaxation, I think it will help me to be more calm during surfing. I enjoyed the course and recommend it to other people!

An amazing experience even for a beginner - I joined this school as an attempt to conquer some of my anxieties I have about the ocean and deep water. I had no previous experience doing scuba or any other form of diving. I learned a ton, felt safe during my whole 3 day course, and was able to improve my comfort level in the ocean. What an amazing experience! Hats off to our instructor Gas who was very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. A highly recommend this school.

Great experience finished my Wave-1 course here - The ideal place to start and try freediving. It was my first time and I finished my "Wave 1" course here. Vsevolod (Seva) was my coach and I can say only positive things about him and his teaching approach. He has his own way of coaching and explaining things with great examples. In the water, he is very professional and knows how to calm down and set up his students for a dive. Thank you for your time and professionalism.

Life-changing experience - I heard of Free Dive Nusa by word of mouth when I was in Bali. I had taken a free diving course nearly 5 years prior and decided to refresh my skills. The shop gave me a great rate for a private course with Yana and the experience exceeded all of my expectations. She was able to quickly determine my knowledge and skill level and tailored my education to maximize learning. She was able to break down very complicated subjects (physiology, Frenzel, etc) in an easy-to-understand way. She seemed to know my limits better than I knew myself - she (safely) pushed me both in the pool and open water sessions to new PRs. I loved the breathing exercises and yoga before the water sessions; I felt totally relaxed and ready to perform at my best. Although I worked specifically with Yana, I observed several of the other instructors and they were all clearly passionate about freediving and took very good care of their students. Absolutely loved using the freediving skills I just learned to snorkel the reef after our sessions. Overall, I left the class not only with new skills but a new outlook on how to enjoy the ocean. Most importantly, I always felt safe which is a big mental barrier for novices like myself. The shop was professional and perfectly located. Highly recommend the offered photo session at the end of the class - I loved the photos! Not that numbers matter but I was able to comfortably reach 20m by the end of the class which was a personal goal I had set.
