- Ura e Vashës - We’ll depart from the hotel to engage in angling at one of the most picturesque rivers in the northeastern region of Albania. The Mati River is celebrated for its icy, crystal-clear waters, which is the primary reason for the thriving trout population.
Upon arriving at the river’s edge, we’ll first explore the Vasha Bridge, a historical stone bridge constructed in the 18th century. The river coursing beneath it enhances the natural scenery magnificently.
We will equip ourselves with all the necessary fishing gear and commence our angling adventure. The river meanders through the mountains, flanked by lush trees and verdure on both sides! For those new to fishing, our guide will provide essential tips to ensure a fruitful fishing experience.
Following our fishing endeavor, we’ll enjoy a meal at a local restaurant featuring the freshly caught fish along with traditional dishes.
We will return to the hotel as the evening sets in.
