Wonderful tour and guide! - Andrea was wonderful and the private tour captured everything we hoped for. She was able to get us to the Game of Thrones fortress right when they opened which allowed us to explore before all the tour groups got there. We felt like we had the place to ourselves. She helped guide us through the entrance to the beautiful KRKE waterfalls allowing time for us to explore on our own and met us after the boat ride. She also arranged and made reservations at a lovely Michelin rated restaurant for lunch and got us back just in time to board our ship. She was wonderful to work with and so kind! Croatia is a beautiful country and you should explore as much as you can!

Worth seeing - National Park was great. Very nice boardwalk through waterfalls, not overly strenuous. Weather was great! Our driver was good and accommodating to us.

Private vehicle for Krka and Klis - Andrea was fantastic, giving us the history of split as we drove to Krka national park and Klis fortress. Andrea was accomodating to our needs especially with 2 children with us. The transportation was clean and comfortable, would highly recommend to anyone wanting a private vehicle to tour around split! Thank you Andrea and the team 🫶🏻

Krka & Klis Fortress - We visited Split, Croatia for a day and decided to book this private tour. It was nice that we were the first ones at Klis Fortress and took lots of photos. Next stop was at Krka National Park. Our driver dropped us off and we were on our own for about 3 hours. Why the 4 stars? I suggest that you give the customers a heads up that the KRKA tickets were $40 per adult. It’s probably cheaper if we purchase the tickets online in advance. Andrea, the driver picked us up with a taxi van and it was a challenge to locate her since she stayed in the car with the signage. Also, it would be nice if she had cold bottles of water in the van. Overall experience is great! We were in and out of Krka National Park especially in a huge crowd of tourists.

Great itinerary - but think of it more as a private driver than a tour guide - We had an amazing day in Split and our driver was very kind and helpful. However, the driver did not speak fluent English so there was not a lot of background and tour guiding along the way. It was more like having a private driver take us where we wanted to go. We had a great day and I'd recommend this company in the future. It's just helpful to know what to expect. Krka National Park is truly amazing. One of the most beautiful places I've ever visited. It is a 1.5 hour drive from the old town of Split but well worth the time in the car. Kliss Fort was also very cool, but it was very rainy during that part of our tour so it was harder to appreciate it. Luckily it cleared up by the time we arrived at Krka National Park.

Beautiful National Park; inconsiderate private driver. - Color variations of the multiple falls were amazing. Missed the Game of Thrones Palace because All4U Private Guide Sabljić was an hour late contacting us at the Cruise Port. It would have been a simple process if he held a sign with our name on it. He sent a picture of his Black car but it was one of many black cars at the port. I ended up taking a selfie so he could identify us. I had requested an English speaking guide but not sure if he knew the language; very limited communication. Never spoke while car was in motion; very long, quiet drive both ways.

Stay Away- You Will Be Glad You Did - Our booking of this trip went smoothly and the company was very helpful. Even though the listing details state Krka National Park tickets are included but not the castle tickets. We were told we had to purchase them on our own. Still not a big deal. After tour is paid in full and vouchers had been received we were excitedly awaiting our trip. A month before our trip we received an email cancelation of this tour with no explanation. I contacted Viator who contacted the tour operator who said their employee had become terribly ill and they were canceling all future tours. Totally understandable, but when I searched for this tour again I was amazed that the same tour company not only had the tour still available but the price had gone up considerably and it still state National Park tickets are included. Viator was easy to deal with and I was refunded quickly. Be aware this is not a reputable tour company.

Every trip has a dud experience, this was it! - This was the worse experience we have had booking trips through Viator, and a very expensive one at that. Our ‘guide’ was really no more than a driver. While pleasant and I assume well meaning, they just did not possess more than a rudimentary command of English. Hence, no meaningful information or local history was exchanged as was suggested in the writeup. There was also no advantage to having a ‘guide’. No ‘skip the line’ no prior understanding of the venues as we were left to fend for ourselves at the fortress (no big deal), and at the Krka National Park (very big deal, where an additional 110 Euros were required for entrance to the park and the pictured boat ride). To add insult to injury, our trip was washed out by torrential rain at the park. We never actually saw the waterfall. Overall, we spent 490+ Euros for a wholly dissatisfying experience. Every trip has a dud and this was it. One star was received as not selecting a star was not an option.
