Please spend some time visiting - There are many bright and fun shops! The food shop is also multinational! But if you are in a hurry because everyone is laid back, when you have time 😁 This time I found a piano. I played it for a minute!

Good expérience with this driver guide - very friendly driver guide. he is always in a good mood and gives good advice. he also drove us from kuala lumpur to taman negara. the trip was very pleasant and he really listens to us. I recommend 200%. go there with your eyes closed

Professional transfer to/from KLIA (including a car seat for a child) - Razif was on time and very professional. The car was very clean and up to modern standards. I would certainly recommend for any families wanting a transfer, as well as the use of his baby car seat.

Fantastic service - My family of 5 needed 4 trips to and from KL airport. Razif was there on time, with great communication by WhatsApp (waited when our flight was late). His car is super clean, and he is very nice, and the price was better than I could get elsewhere. He took us to the Batu Caves and waited for a couple of hours, and this was cheaper and much more convenient than going up train from KL. Great service and I would highly recommend.

One of the best transporter - Very prompt, helpful and knowledgeable driver. Was early and didn't mind waiting as our luggage was late. Helped us load all the heavy bags as we were too exhausted. Had a great conversation along the way and went the extra mile to send us to our doorstep and again helped us unload.

Very nice person, great service - We got the services of Mr Razif for our transfer from KL to KLIA. Very clean driving, and comfortable. Very helpful also to load and unload our luggage, and thoughtful to bring us 2 trolleys.

Traveling through - Security through scanning of hand luggage can be hit and miss, I had two .308 used shell cases made in to key rings, they were taken off me, whilst the one on my wife’s key ring sailed through. The terminal is modern with the usual shops and eateries , there are two terminals

Water bottle clear request on final gate boarding. - Arrived more early . Directions to gate a bit complicated between normal class & first class . Free drinking water always “low water “ means empty ! Few machines at KLiA 1 and 2 same problem . After passport check in they just simply baggage check without any request , so you will think can buy some drink on wait for boarding. Unfortunately when gate to boarding there request all water clear 🙄, many people just waste full bottles. Limited sit and uncomfortable. Please improve. And how long to need to repair a short distance tram .. can’t remember when it breakdowns.

HORRIBLE WHEELCHAIR ASSISTANCE EXPERIENCE - I made a whole video! Talk about venting in the moment so you can rid yourself of the frustration. I am talking about the Wheelchair transfer at KLIA and this is not the first time I am having a rough ride with these guys at KLIA. They are rude, and can come across as very uncaring and this is not from one incident. My first time, my husband had to dismiss them and push the wheelchair himself! KLIA can do better with transferring their passengers on a wheelchair. GET KINDER STAFF..... Period!
