The trolley car is a great way to get around the rim drive in comfort and style! Having spent 17 day’s driving our RV through Oregon it was a reall treat to have someone else drive me. Our guide on the journey was amusing and informative in equal measure, meaning that we learned a great deal about crater lake without feeling like we were in a lecture! We would highly recommend this trip.

Our tour guide was excellent. Weather was not ideal but our guide did such an outstanding job we really enjoyed learning about the park regardless of snow flurries!

I was not able to use your trolley due to my reservation being given away. We had a 3 pm reservation and we were told to be there by 2:30. No one mentioned how early to arrive to enter the park. We arrived at 12:30 and it was 2:30 by the time we actually got to the gate to enter. There is no cell service in the area so we’re unable to call say we had entered the park and would be there in time. What made this worse was your employees were not apologetic or concerned. We had flown across the country to see this site as a first stop and could not return another day. We had driven from Eugene that morning. I understand the rules but the lack of concerned infuriated me. They made it clear it was not their responsibility to inform me to arrive at the park early and they were only a vendor in the park. May I recommend you do a little customer service training with your staff to handle this without the nonchalant attitude. It has taken me this long (almost 3 months) to be able to write a civil review.

It was a great way to share the Crater Lake experience with our grandkids. It was a stress-free adventure, and we all leaned a lot from the Park Ranger.
