Ben is a fantastic story... - Ben is a fantastic story teller. He really created a spooky atmosphere, and really enjoyed the extra stories because we arrived early. Great tour!!

Wonderful spooky experience - The ghost tour at Fort Henry exceeded my expectations. Not only were there great and frightening ghost stories (especially toward the end) but also lots of interesting history. The best part was walking down the wet tunnels underneath the fort which made it all come alive. This is a superb tour!

Great tour - Fantastic tour and our tour guide was knowledgeable and made the experience so much better. We learned a lot and had fun throughout the tour. Everyone should experience this tour!

Awesome - We enjoyed our visit to the Fort last night. Our tour guide was very helpful and knowledgeable. We did our tour late at night and she kept us all safe and comfy even with the scary stories.

Best ghost tour ever! - “Henry” was an outstanding tour leader. Every step of the way he looked out for us. Knowledgeable, great sense of humor and brought history to life. He went out of his way to make this a night to remember. Our family group of 6 had a personal connection to some former inhabitants, Henry spent additional time after the formal tour explaining relevant historical insights. We very much appreciated and values his time and teaching. A+++.

Entertaining...... - Enjoyed the evening tour - Savannah tried her best to keep us intrigued despite the rainy weather. Was a fun way to cap off our stay in Kingston. Good night Mary Ann......

A must! - I had gone to Fort Henry’s haunted walk when I was much younger and remember loving it so much my boyfriend and I went back. Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, someone on our tour even brought an EMF detector. The tour lasts a little over an hour and a half. To get to Fort Henry is a little less than a two hour drive one way, well worth the drive.

Too dark . - Enjoyable and interesting. The only negative thing I have to say is to get to the Fort especially at night. It was extremely dark, poor lighting no signs to guide you where to go.

Do yourself a favor.... - I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with Viator/Trip Advisor. I highly recommend you always book directly with the tour guide and skip the middleman. Based on my family's experience, tour guides are almost always willing to help, not the case with Viator/Trip Advisor. Regarding this Ghost Tour of Fort Henry National, not only the instructions were not clear. It was impossible to get a hold of the tour guide by phone let alone get an agent from viator to assist with the problem promptly. When asked for a refund for the non service provided, Viator decided to get creative with instructions and policies that were neither sent to us nor accepted by us, and still are not shown in any of the emails forwarded to us. The agent seemed more interested in finding our fault as customers than to find a solution to our time and resources wasted. During the same week as this failed attempt to get a refund, a few days before I had called viator to reschedule another booked tour. After spending hours with their staff on the phone, ultimately they said they couldn't help us. It took just one visit to the actual tour guide, and they couldn't be friendlier and more helpful. Not only did they rebooked my tour without any hassle, they also mentioned that viator never reached out to them for their assistance in this. Viator simply does not care for their clients. In my opinion, seems like another business that collects their fees and has no intention of creating a good experience.
