Horrible guide and overall terrible experience. - Most horrible and tiring experience I have ever had. Have been using Viator for all my vacations and didn’t expect this. We were told that the local operator will call us a day before to give us the time and location for pick up. No one called but send a text that they will pick us up at 9am from Kingman. Again in the morning at 7am I reconfirmed via text they will pick us up at 9am and they agreed. We were staying in Laughlin so decided to go to Kingman one hour early to grab some breakfast. We quickly finished our food, so that we don’t get late and the bus didn’t show up till 10:15am. At 9:30am when I called, the guide was so rude in talking. After we got on the bus, guide asked us for another 80$ to do walking tour. Or else we just walk on our own. Which means we paid the 400$ for transportation from Kingman to GC. On the bus, since we were the last to board we get horrible seats (super low) and couldn’t see anything outside. There were 4 seats in the front empty, upon asking guide rudely replies that it’s his office space. Which guide has a OFFICE SPACE. And the whole time he sat next to the driver and NOT on those 4 seats. We had a car of our own and should have driven on our own as this guide didn’t tell anything abt GC and only wanted MONEY.
