Our usual pickup point right across from the Cathedral in Killarney. We often meet people here as there is free parking in the Cathedral carpark, the entrance to the park is just across the road from the cathedral. *Please arrive 15mins early if your driving and need time to park*

Great way to see the park - Martin gave us a nice history of the park. We enjoyed seeing the castle. I was concerned about missing a train that was less than an hour after the tour. Martin was kind enough to adjust our tour and dropped us off at the hotel.

Absolutely wonderful experience - If you’re on the fence about whether or not to book this tour, do it! Our guide was fantastic and we were so pleased to learn that it is offered by a family-owned and run business that treats their animals wonderfully. You will learn so much, see many beautiful sights and have a lovely time in the process. There are no downsides and it was so worth it.

The ride is awesome!... - The ride is awesome! Damien is a wonderful tour guide who's personable and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful time. The scenery is breathtaking and there's plenty of time for photos. I highly recommend this tour.

A lovely way to see the park! - My tour was short but sweet. I couldn’t make my scheduled tour time but Damien and Maggie (the horse) were very accommodating and postponed it past tour hours so I could enjoy a bit of the park before it got dark. The carriage was lovely and the provided blankets made the tour cozy despite the cold wind. I learned a lot in a short time. Highly recommend!

Damian was both... - Damian was both knowledgeable and personable. We thoroughly enjoyed our ride with he and Maggie. We also liked the idea that he has a small family business and we like to support that. Damian also gave us some excellent recommendations. We had dinner at Cronins, ice cream at Murphys and music twice at The Grand. It was all better than grand it was amazing!!! Thank you.

Great tour to end the... - Great tour to end the last day of vacation. Beautiful park with plenty of photo opportunities. We were fortunate to get an excellent carriage driver who provided information of the park and humorous stories along the way. Great experience.

This is a must do if visiting Killarney National Park. Damien is a gem and made sure we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. - Wonderful carriage experience, I would definitely do this again. Great value and an opportunity to see a lot of the park if you only have a short time to do so. Damien really takes the time to get to know you a but while giving a wonderful account of the history of the park. The fact that his family has been providing this service for over forty years is evident. It’s really a true Irish experience which you won’t want to miss. It was a rather cold and windy day but with the cover over the carriage and blankets provided, it was perfect. Damien took numerous excellent photos of us throughout the ride. Being part Sullivan, we were able to connect and enjoy some shared history of our clan, Thank you for an unforgettable experience Damien. This was truly one of the best experiences of our two weeks in Ireland.
