A must do experience in Killarney National Park. - This was a wonderful ride through Killarney National Park. The horses were great. We are both fairly inexperienced and were very comfortable with the horses Monty and Peter. The guides were very informative and helpful. The scenery was beautiful. I highly recommend this experience.

Beautiful way to see the park! - This was an amazing experience!! I would definitely recommend seeing some of the park this way! The horses were gentle and beautiful. I rode Diane and she was a sweetheart. The staff was very nice and accommodating as well. Our group was lead by 2 guides. The guide leading the front was wonderful and very friendly. The other guide who was on the side of us most of the time, trying to keep the group going, was less friendly and pretty pushy. I understand she was trying to keep everyone in line through. After my nervousness wore off, as I haven’t ridden in a while, I was able to relax and take in the sights. The views are stunning! The one thing I didn’t love was that they forced the group to trot a few times. I was ok with it but other folks in our group weren’t and it wasn’t optional.

Don’t let wind and rain deter you - it’s worth it! - Finula and Alana made a rainy windy ride super fun. My husband is a beginner and both of our horses were safe and not constantly reaching for grass. We rode during Storm Agnes and while the 40mph winds made the ride a little wetter than usual, the views were still excellent.
