Top Notch! - It can be a bit scary for a solo traveller coming into a strange country. My taxi driver was there waiting for me to take me to my hotel. On the way he pointed out various places and gave me some tips on a variety of excursions I could do. His knowledge was excellent and it was as if I had a private tour guide. I can highly recommend this group - they are reliable and the drivers are top notch. I’ve booked various trips with them during my stay and especially to solo travellers …you are in safe hands 😊

Comfortable and reliable service. - We booked this for our transfer from Zanzibar airport to our hotel in Nungwi. Our driver was waiting for us with a sign when we arrived and he was very nice. The car had air con and was very comfortable. We recommend this service.

Safe and Reliable Airport Transfer / Excursion Service - I was a solo traveler to Zanzibar and my hotel’s airport shuttle service never responded to my request for pick up so I began to panic. I looked around on the different sites and I found Coastline Tours. The reviews seemed reliable so I went with them. I booked them last minute (like the same day I was arriving) and they picked me up on time even though my flight was delayed. Top highlights: - Abdul is very responsive. - Service is on time. - Very safe. My flight coming into Zanzibar and leaving were at 10 PM and 6 AM respectively, which meant I was picked up both times when it was dark outside. I was greeted at the airport with my name on a sign and then we went to the van. The van was air conditioned and there was water. The wifi was not working for me at the time but we tried to connect multiple times. I used my service instead. The ride was smooth and I made it to my hotel and airport safely. I also used Abdul and his team at Coastline Tours to do a tour a stone town. This was due to their team being more responsive than the Riu excursion service. We took a walking tour around stone town and stopped for lunch before completing the tour and being dropped back off to the hotel. The tour was informative. My drop off at the airport needed to be at 4 AM since my flight left at 6 AM. Khaleed (another driver of Coastline) was there waiting for me. I was really grateful because I knew a 2:30 AM hotel pickup was early but I needed it because of my flight time. If you are looking for an airport transfer look no further.

Excellent safe and friendly service - Abdul and Khalid were very friendly, always on time and ready to accommodate our plans. We had arranged transfers to and from the airport and a trip to Matemwe via the Jozani Forest. Abdul was a very safe driver and shared a lot of fascinating details about the places we passed. Using Coastline Tours allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing that we were in good hands. We highly recommend them for all your trips and transfers and their rates are very reasonable.
