Delicious and so much fun! - Kate is so kind and welcoming. You walk into her charming home and you feel as if you have known her for years. My daughter and I learned how to make delicious scones with flavors we picked ourselves alongside another couple. We also each baked either a brown soda bread or a spelt loaf. Kate served our baked goods in a beautiful setting and we all took a bag of goodies home with us to enjoy the next day. Now that we have the recipe, we will be baking these treats for our family to enjoy! Highly recommend! Thanks, Kate!!

Had a blast in baking class - My husband and I were looking for a non-traditional experience during our trip to Ireland. We booked this baking class on the advice of a friend. It turned out to be well worth our time. Our host was Kate, and she welcomed us into her home, along with two other women who had also booked the class. She was pleasant, funny, easy to talk to, and knew a lot about cooking/baking. She made everything seem so easy. First we baked scones, and while they were baking, we made bread. Both were easy and quite delicious. Getting to know our host and learning how to bake traditional Irish scones were truly one of the highlights of out trip!
