Loved it - I loved every second of this! Firstly, Susan the tour operator/owner was so communicative and helpful. Even when I was running late she was very understanding, Stanley and Duncan were super welcoming and Duncan as a tour guide was exceptional. I learned an insane amount in the 2.5/3 hours I was there about the whole process of coffee from seed to cup. I even got to taste the most delicious medium roast coffee. Highly recommend this trip, particularly if you are in Nairobi for a short time as it’s got tonnes of information and will give you a new appreciation for coffee.

Wonderful coffee tour - This tour was a great experience - Duncan, my guide, was super nice and helpful. I enjoyed learning more about the process of growing and roasting coffee, as well as tasting it at the end. The only thing worth noting is that it's not so easy to get to the farm due to the state of the last bit of the road.

Book this tour now! - What an amazing experience! We learned so much about the history of coffee and the production process. If you’re a fan of coffee, then this tour is definitely a must! We also got to roast our own coffee and sample the coffee. And our guide was so knowledgeable, entertaining, and friendly.

Karibu - Karibrew! ☕️ - Do not let the lack of reviews stop you from booking this tour! We had an excellent time on this coffee tour which went through all the stages of coffee making from growing, to harvesting and roasting (and everything in between) Our guide and roaster Stanley had a deep knowledge of everything coffee related and made the tour interesting for both aficionados and those with only a passing interest in coffee alike. We were a little sceptical from the lack of reviews and much lower price than other similar tours, but I can’t imagine what more some of the tours that are triple the price could offer! The farm is up a road that’s a little rough, so may be best to warn the Uber driver in advance if you are getting one. Also, don’t make the same mistake as me, at the end of the tour (after you’ve had some of your freshly roasted coffee on the rooftop area with cakes) you have the chance to buy coffee directly from the farm at an excellent price (no middlemen!). So keep that in mind when planning your trip back.
