Nang Yam Thai Cooking School stands unique for its founder’s inspiration has been drawn from his mother, and it features its personal museum and organic herb garden, the Benyaran Organic Garden @ Benyaran Park. The enterprise is led by a charismatic local family deeply passionate about organic and sustainable farming. They invite you to enjoy a fine escape from the urban rush for a day and indulge in the tranquility while exploring and embracing rural life in the Phuket – Phang Nga countryside. As a part of the cooking class at the Nang Yam Thai Cooking School @ Benyaran Park & Museum, you will experience the following:
• Master the art of preparing 5 different categories of Thai dishes – starters, stir-fries, curries, soups, and desserts, which all have a vegan alternative.
• Immerse yourself in the vibrant and colorful Thai local market.
• Take a leisurely tour around the Benyaran History Museum and visit the organic farm.
• Feast your eyes on the breath-taking panoramic views of Phang Nga Bay under a beautiful evening sky at the Samet Nangshe private viewpoint.
