The views are amazing!! - Definitely worth the drive from Krabi. Very well organized trip even provided lights for the cave. The lake is awesome and pictures do not do it justice. We did a jungle tour and the guide was very informative and explained how to survive in the rainforest. Had lunch after that and had a relaxing time of swimming and kayaking all at no charge. Water was refreshing but not too cold.

Amazing - I was a little skeptical, because I knew the lake was far away from Krabi. Although, I’m so glad that I did it! The views were gorgeous, lunch was great, and the lake was BEAUTIFUL. Definitely would recommend. The pictures don’t do it justice.

Overpriced & not as described in itinerary - This tour & Viators help afterwards has been very disappointing.we where a family of 5 travelling on this tour.
You are not picked up by guide ,you are flying on water with speed unable to take pictures,the cave we visited (not the one advertised)is very overcrowded & brief ,the jungle HIKE was .35km
All locations advertised ,we where not carried to (pictures) & left in a floating restaurant different to what’s advertised for 3 hrs (1.5 on itinerary)with nothing to do as kayaks where all in use & swimming with large fish not an option
Return journey home was without any toilet stop/ break .
Contacted Viator for help & totally non supportive,over all save your €€ & stay on your sun lounger as we sat for most of the day.
I had full timeline with pictures taken & neither tour guide/Viator will help
As a Viator customer for yrs my decision in booking with them again is very questionable.

Nice Spot, horrible driver - Good: the location is very nice and certainly worth the lengthy drive from krabi. Also our guide was friendly, knowledgable and took good care of US
Medium: despite the nice location clearly overpriced for what you get. Also the food was very poor (but serving its purpose to replenish energy levels)
Inacceptable: the drive in total takes little more than 4hours for both legs (which is ok, you can observe the lical environment). Our driver did not speak a Single word with us. Completely inaccaptable: He made more than 15 calls (counted!) while driving or watched tiktok videos on his Phone permanently. Being completely distracted, he often did not even notice when we left the lane or almost crashed with cars breaking in front of us; putting himself but also our group of 9-10 people and others at very high risk.
