An amazing experience that I would do again in a heartbeat - If this was the only thing I did in Thailand it would be worth coming for. This experience was really well organised with the customer in mind - several interesting activities directly with and about elephants that also showcase risks and problems for elephants while providing many opportunities for up close encounters with these gentle giants. Bring a change of clothes and a towel to shower after the water play but I actually went in barefoot and afterwards showered - leaving my bottom half (tights) on to dry during lunch and just changed my top. The guides are generous with their assistance, advice, getting close to the elephants and having photos taken as well as excellent food and extras (hot and cold drinks and snacks).

Recommended visit to the elephant jungle sanctuary - Lovely afternoon at the sanctuary. Facilities are excellent, the animals are well taken care of, the program is fun and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Well worth the visit.

Brilliant trip where you get up close with the elephants. Very well organised. - This is an excellent trip. I would highly recommend it. You really get up close to the elephants, feeding them and washing them. We helped make their food and also make paper from elephant poo. The guides were very knowledgable and the whole trip was a joy. We were given a magnificent buffet at the end and a canvas elephant sanctuary bag at the end. The showers and toilets were very clean. There is a little shop for souvenirs but they prefer cash although they did proved a card machine. The trip is excellent value for money. There were no negatives. It’s a superb highly organised trip. At an extra cost we were picked up and dropped back to our ship in Laem Chabang.

Great day with the elephants! - The guides were excellent. They were helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The entire adventure is well thought out and guides moved the group through the process efficiently. Everyone had fun and a chance to interact with the elephants. We learned a lot and enjoyed a great afternoon.

What a special day! - The hired driver was kind, professional and fast. The tour guides were funny, to the point, entertaining and informative. The tour itself was relaxed, free flowing, and intermixed were multiple activities to do with your group. It would have been fun to try to integrate all the family groups together to teamwork stuff, but overall it was an educational and fun day! No matter who you asked a question to, they would answer as best as they could or call over someone to help them answer. We loved the conversational style of the tour guides as we peppered them with questions! Lunch was delicious and delicately spiced for the more conservatives in the crowd. Highly recommend for families with younger kiddos!

Highlight of trip to Pattaya - Excellent information and great experience. Prompt pickup at hotel and multiple fun and exciting activities. Assume visit will be 5 hours including travel. Happy fellow visitors increased the pleasure of the experience. My only critique is that lunch was provided at 4:30, so eat before you come or risk low sugar. Would definitely go again; this was a bargain and clearly a good experience for the elephants too!

An unforgettable experience - This half day program is full of activities that you won't forget and allows you to connect with the elephants even if it's in a small way.

Brilliant and unforgettable - Absolutely fantastic. No bars or cages just a close up experience with magnificent creatures. Very well done from the welcome under shade with complimentary tea, coffee and snacks, to the complete meal at the end of an amazing experience. You are able to feed elephants, touch, clean and wash them. Lots of photos. Be aware you should take a swimming costume as you will get wet if you want the whole experience. There are lockers you can hire to keep your belongings in. There are very good rest rooms and showers for changing. The handlers and guides are very good, kind and knowledgeable. We would thoroughly recommend this trip as one of the best value, feel good times of our trip.

Close contact with elephants was fantastic - The interaction with elephants was fantastic. The guides were very good. The tiny black bugs and occasionally flies were annoying though.

Appreciation of the role of the sanctuary - A thoroughly enjoyable program supported by enthusiastic guides and handlers who obviously care greatly for these magnificent animals.
