Grandma Brigade loved the day in the sun! - The Grandma Brigade had an awesome day with Captain Big Joe, and crew. Friendly, helpful, informative and fun . We are considering booking another voyage next week. Our cruise was cut short due to conflicting schedules. So next time we hope to get our full 6 hours. It is well worth the cost, food was good and crew was awesome!

Sun, drinks, and fun - We had a great day with our crew and captain. The sandbar was too shallow, so that captain quickly improvised and took us to a reef instead. We had the best day of drinking, snorkeling, eating, and relaxing! I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Great experience despite high winds - We had signed up for the eco tour which was all day with kayak and snorkeling. However there were high winds and we switched to the locals lounge tour as per the recommendation. The catamaran was super comfortable and clean with a very friendly crew. Visibility for snorkeling was not good and it was so windy we had a boat nearly crash into our catamaran. The crew did a great job unraveling the lines which took some time. Shout out to Ryan who dove in to undo the mess before we were able to head out. As a result of the winds we had to cut our trip short since we were unable to swim or use the floaters. When we docked and checked in Zack at the front desk was great and gave us a discount to do the original tour this Saturday. Overall positive experience with the crew and staff.

Fun day on the beautiful Key West waters! - We had an awesome experience with Joe, Morgan and Corey! The food was very good - plenty of muffins, frittatas and fruit for breakfast and yummy pulled pork and shrimp for lunch along with salads. Crew was super nice and made us feel like family! Highly recommended.

No worries on this excursion! - We had a group of 16 girls - the Locals Lounge hit the spot for us to chill, relax, laugh, swim, eat, dance and plenty of beer and champagne to drink! The crew was fun and kept our drinks full. Great excursion with a big group of people!

25th Anniversary - This was a wonderful, relaxing experience. We were given the option to head to a beach or go out to the reef - we chose the reef and loved it. Captain Joe, Danie & Bailey made our trip one to remember. Water toys, food & drink were all great.

Lackluster; crew wasn’t very personable, don’t recommend - It wasn’t great. First, the trip should have been canceled due to high winds. There was zero visibility for snorkeling, we left late and they announced - before we had been left - that we would be coming back early due to the rough seas. The crew didn’t give any narration of where we were - they spoke more about how they’d like a minimum 20% tip for about 10 minutes but didn’t offer any ‘sightseeing’ narratives, which was kind of rich. We still tipped each guy $20 as I will place the blame on management more so than the crew. The crew didn’t ask guests what activities they’d like to do or offer help with equipment - you either had to figure it out yourself, or find a guy to ask (and I felt like a bother when I had to ask for a pool noodle). The anchor drifted on the trip and it was a fiasco - the boot got stuck for quite some time on an old sailboat. The crew was upset and probably should have just aborted the trip but didn’t. Profit seems to come before guest enjoyment. We weren’t allowed in the water for the rest of the excursion so it was hot and rather dull. No apologies were given, or refunds offered. We maybe had an hour ‘on the water’ - if that. If the conditions were that bad why didn’t they cancel the trip? Oh right - profit. No thanks - vacation time is precious and this company doesn’t seem to care about the guest experience. When the crew is wasn’t barking at each other; they were pretty inattentive to the guests - standing with their backs to the guests, avoiding eye contact: I’d rather have had the trip canceled then have the lackluster day on the boat that we had. Time is precious - don’t book with Sebago.

Not what was advertised. - This particular time should have had a disclaimer about being a strong swimmer. The current was much stronger than anticipated by anyone and there was no "sandbar" to be had. We ended up being stranded on the raft and had to be "rescued" after about an hour defying further away from the boat. There was no way an average swimmer could have made it back to the boat on our own. I was unable to really sunscreen and ended up with a nasty sunburn. I did not enjoy myself. I will state that the crew was amazing and worked extremely hard to get everyone safely back. My hats off to them. I will not be doing this again.

DO NOT BOOK LOCALS LOUNGE - BEWARE! The LOCALS LOUNGE is advertised as "a day full of fun, sun, sandbars and sangria" then in the description it says you will "sail to the backcountry waters of Key West". What we got was a grumpy captain (JOE) that took us out on April 4th nowhere near a sand bar or even remotely near any shallow water. Once anchored the crew (which were very apologetic and even stated they had no idea why it was advertised as a sandbar or backcountry excursion) then anchored to the boat 2 floats connected to 2 Bote boards and that was it. To say we were disappointed was an understatement. Several people on the boat expressed their discontent due to the water not being shallow and it not being anywhere near a sandbar, to which the captain JOE replied, I AM THE CAPTAIN, THIS IS WHERE WE ARE STAYING, DEAL WITH IT. All that being said, HIGHLY recommend you book elsewhere if you are looking to snorkel, sandbar, lounge in shallow waters or have any fun.
