Great experience - Can't say enough about Salty Paws. Dave was great and in communication with me from the moment I booked until after we got back to shore. There was a hurricane brewing and he was great about putting us at ease and letting us know he would work with us if the weather fell apart. The day of the boat was fantastic. It was a little rough so Captain Zac pivoted and took us to a nice little spot with a sandbar to play in, a wreck to snorkel in, and some dolphins to follow in the boat. It was a magical four hours. I can say that the address in Viator was incorrect and this tour is off of Stock Island at Hurricane Hole, not Garrison Bight. The time was also incorrect in the booking as we booked for 6, but the Captain's app showed 4. That said, Zac and Dave handled everything great and it was a smooth process and nice ending to a fantastic trip. I would highly recommend Salty Paws

FIVE STARS FOR INTEGRITY AND OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! - Dave and Salty Paws is a GREAT company to work with! Our family was on a week-long cruise out in the ocean when we decided we would like to try to go on a snorkeling trip when we returned to shore. We booked through viator and Trip Advisor, and were able to get in contact with Dave quickly. He was super responsive, and terrific to work with. Salty Paws TAILORS YOUR SNORKELING TRIP to however you would like to spend the time! We did not know this, until after we booked and got a hold of Dave. While we ultimately decided to use a different company - because we ended up wanting to visit a reef too far to the north of Key West for us to make the best use of our time with Dave's group - DAVE WAS HONEST with us about this, and immediately offered to cancel our trip and give us a full refund. INTEGRITY AND OUTSTANDING COMMUNICATION is why I'm giving Dave and Salty Paws FIVE STARS. The next time we decide to go snorkeling down in / near Key West, we will be calling Dave and Salty Paws!

My experience super lovely,super exciting and every time I can I will definitely repeat my experience, it is very good - Since I met this wonderful Hotel I repeat my stay whenever possible, I love the feeling they give you since you arrive at the Hotel, they make you feel like family, the employees in the services always giving you their biggest smile and their best professionalism, the attention is exquisite , in the room enormous comfort, the waitresses always watching for Cleanliness and our needs, I had a lot of fun with the animation, and they always asked us How we felt?. The buffet...we loved all its food, its desserts and the spectacular attention of the workers. Pleased is this amazing hotel... we will be back.

Fantastic day - We had a great day on Salty Paws. The views are incredible. Our captain, Jordan (JoJo) was so friendly and navigated the shallow waters magnificently! We anchored at a sandbar about 9 miles out and had a relaxing day. We brought our own drinks and snacks and just took it all in!

Best time ever - Everything was perfect and beat our expectations from start to finish! From the personalized messages from the office and our captain Zach before the trip, to the incredible wildlife we got to see during the ride, at the reef and at the sandbar island, to the kind help with retrieving our forgotten items on the boat, we felt privileged and had the best time ever. Highly recommend!

Team captain Jojo - Captain Jojo took us out on an amazing boating experience. She created a safe, fun, and memorable environment that suited our groups needs. She took us places that only locals would know about. 5 stars aren’t enough to rate our captain and experience with. We strongly recommend to book this company and we definitely will be back.

Don’t hesitate…just book it! - Excellent time with our family of 4 out on water. Zack was awesome captain and catered to our family with our request to snorkel ( water visibility awesome while we were here!), enjoy lunch we packed on island and time on water. SO much better when you just have your family and not cowherd large boat tour like some other options and doesn’t cost all that much more. Owner Dave very responsive from point we booked to day of reservation making sure wish list covered. HIGHLY recommend!
