Maxwell showed me an entirely new side of the Key West music scene: outside of the Green Parrot, I thought it was just a bunch of cover bands, but Maxwell opened my eyes to a very special slice of this very special place. I'm actually considering doing this tour AGAIN, it was that good.

An experience of a lifetime with a new friend! - Best tour ever! Maxwell showed us places we would have never found on our own and gave us so many helpful tips on where to shop, eat and the best happy hours. The music was awesome and he introduced us to the locals along the way. He was our personal photographer too. You must do this tour!

Music makes the heart happier - Maxwell was so flexible and accommodating right off the bat. He’s a native Key Wester. He gave recommendations to restaurants along the way. He knows the people and community. We hit about five different bars and each had a different variety of music. We stopped at great little places that I’ve never been to and have been coming to Key West annually for over ten years. This was one of the reasons I wanted to do this tour. To find more places to visit. Definitely going back to Hero’s and The Backyard Bar. The music scene in Key West is vast. You have to try this tour. You won’t be disappointed!! Thanks Maxwell!!

Great time with Maxwell - Maxwell has been our tour guide for many different tours in Key West over three years plus of visiting. He is very knowledgeable about Key West history and extremely fun to hangout with. To put a cherry on top, he remembered our family from prior visits. Maxwell's live music tour in Key West - Meeting Maxwell and joining his tour was the highlight of our trip. Maxwell is a Key West Conch and well-known by the rest of the locals. He is very knowledgeable about the history of West West and familiar with the off the beaten path locations. The locations we went to were incredible, we were able to get a taste of local music and drinks (at your own expense) during the tour. From well-known local hot spots to lesser traveled (by tourists) establishments a great time was had by all. Key West seems to be about community and Maxwell was the heart of the community for us. (3 friends traveling together) He is a kind human with a gentle soul. We would definitely do any of Maxwell's tours on a return trip and recommend this tour to all our friends.
