Unique Ghost Tour - If you are looking for a stroll with ghost stories, this is not for you. This is more of a ghost hunting tour and it was awesome. The fort is amazing to walk through. The stories about the space were scary and entertaining, but go to the next level when you are using ghost hunting equipment. Our visit with Robert the Doll was fascinating. Definitely opt for the VIP experience to get the extra hour to explore the fort on your own.

A must see when in Key West - Excellent tour guide. Shared a lot of knowledge of not only the old fort, but of Robert. We got lots of pictures and videos.

Robert & Ghostly Soldiers - This was so exciting to attend! We booked the VIP! Not only did we get a guided tour of the haunted Fort and lecture of the most haunted doll, Robert, we got an hour+ to explore the grounds on our own, in the dark!

Robert Rocks! - This tour was really fun and the place is super haunted. I could literally "feel" a presence in multiple places throughout the tour. My friend and I knew to be kind to Robert the doll. We said, "it was nice to meet you and thank you for being kind." We did the VIP experience and we first used the emf and spirit box next to Robert's case. Both went crazy! We believed that if Robert could curse people, he could also be kind and so we want to thank Robert for helping us get home from our vacation peacefully. We had an incoming snow storm impacting travel on the day we were to fly out but thankfully the airline allowed us to switch our flights for free and stay an extra day in Keywest. We also had to drive home from the airport in a continued storm. However, we made it home safely and did not have 1 flight delayed. I thanked Robert as I was driving! Please tell Robert thank you from us. We firmly believe that he was just as instrumental in being kind to us as we were to him. We did NOT take pictures of him. Cool tour. Cool history. Highly recommend. Would be good to get some new equipment- some of it was older and nonfunctional. We did take a pic of the fake Robert in the gift shop!

Interesting tour - This tour was absolutely amazing, However, if you are sensitive, a medium, or posses any of the "4 claires" it's extremely intense and borderline overwhelming. I personally couldn't step over the threshold of the "Citadel" Robert was a kind energy while up close and personal, but other things in the fort, not so much.

Fun family adventure - This was a fun, interactive and informative tour. We were with family including pre-teens and they really enjoyed themselves as well. The guides did a great job describing the accounts of each persons life that we talked about and kept everyone interested. The atmosphere was perfect to set the scene for each account but nothing to make the pre-teens uncomfortable. We talked about it all the way back to the hotel and can’t wait to investigate more.

Carnival act - We went to this tour because of the great reviews. I can only attribute the good reviews to gullible people thinking they will be cursed if they speak the truth about the tour from "Robert the Doll" per what they say during the tour. The whole experience was ridiculous & felt like a carnival act. The minute I walked out the door I felt like I was just ripped off. It was hokey parlor tricks & scare tactics. The only good thing was the guide & the laughs about it after the fact.
