Key West, A Sunny Place for Shady People - Dulce, our guide, was great. She was prompt, spoke clearly and didn’t sugar coat the shady stories of Key West. We visited sites that tourists pass everyday and learned the sordid history. We loved the way she delivered the history, making it fun and personable.

Fabulous tour - D. was a terrific tour guide! First of all, she was such a great sport to do the tour in ongoing rain and flooded walkways. She told us incredible stories of Key West, some are truly gruesome. Her knowledge of Key West is thorough and her storytelling is fun and fascinating. Absolutely recommend!

Great Ghost Tour - Dulce was an excellent and fun tour guide. Key West has a rich history. Our group very much enjoyed the ghost tour and learning some of dark details in it's history. Tour was about 1.5 hours and an easy walk.

girls trip - Great time! Learned a lot about the ghosts of key west! Our guide was great and informative! Since it was a walking tour we did not go too fast, he walked at a very good pace and told us the stories about each house we stopped at.

90 min tour - Dulce was very pleasant; nothing too scary. We accomplished our goal of learning about Robert the Doll

Ghostly tour - The tour had many historical, ghostly stories about key west...we enjoyed the walking tour, though the guide did need to rely on his phone a lot for the info needed.

Interesting stories - The stories were interesting and it was fun to walk in the dark in the night. But our tour guide tried to use current day lingo too much which took away from the authenticity of the stories. I didn’t really understand why it was for adults only…?

Hopefully this was a one off - Booked the Key West Ghost tour. They send you reminder emails to be there 15 minutes early, but the guide didn't even show up until 5 minutes to 8:00. Majority of the tour was guide reading off of phone. If someone asked a question it threw him off his pacing because he would have to go back to find place on phone. Told group he didn't believe in paranormal at one stop, but on the next one said ghost buried doll at one house. Almost seemed like he was filling in last minute for a tour guide.

Not worth your time, avoid - We also went on the disappointing April 20th tour. The guide was obviously intoxicated (given the date, it wasn't that big of a deal, but come on) and spent most of the tour reading from his phone. He was super difficult to hear, especially when we were stopped at the Audubon House when half the group was distracted and dancing along to the Cupid Shuffle because the bar next door totally drowned out whatever he was telling us. I ended up just googling stories about the stops from another tour's website, as that was the only way this tour was enjoyable. The tour was supposed to be 90 minutes, but ended after an hour. We were with a group of like 12 people and by the end there were 4 of us left. Absolutely not worth it, and they refused to give us a refund when we emailed to complain.

Disappointing and definitely not worth the money. - We chose this review based on the high ratings that other participants had given. This turned out to be the most disappointing tour I have ever been on and for the price that we paid for this it was an absolute waste of money. The tour guide was constantly reading from his phone, he was hard to hear and his story telling was not engaging at all and very hard to follow. By the time the tour was heading to the last stop more than half of the group had left. I would NOT recommend this tour at all.
