Everything went as scheduled and advertised - Very punctual both leaving and arriving, convenient pick-up points, everything went as scheduled and advertised. Vehicle was comfortable for the long trip, good AC, music, seats were comfortable and had charger, bus had two decks allowing for perfect view of the trip. Both driver and tour guide were very attentive, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and entertaining. Strongly recommend this.

Responsible Company - I have booked the snorkeling however it was cancelled due to the weather condition. I have called the company about my situation and request a refund. She said she will talk to her supervisor. I have also mase a request about it in tripadvisor and the company have confirmed it within three hours, where I am still in Key West. When I get on the bus, the tour guide told me that he knows the snorkelingis cancelled and he will tell the company to refund me. very responsible! However, I think they can check their bus since I saw there are some reviews talking that they need to change their bus due to some error and I have faced the same situation this morning.

A beautiful day out - The scenic bus ride with an experienced and safe driver to and from. Plus the history lessons during the hop on and hop off tour

Even though it was very humid. We had a great time. - The driver and tour guide were informative, cordial and accommodating. We had to wait but not long before actually beginning to change buses but nothing when crazy. Did not make a McD stop on the way as noted but that too was OK. The driver drove safely. It would have been helpful to know that if you take the trolley car for those that have mobility issues with canes etc., the only stops with seating to wait are #2 and #1. We began as we were told to go to the American flag at #2. The little store inside at that location has cute souvenirs but more important cold $2 waters and they have cold drinks. We thought we could just ride around for the full tour and return to #2 but we had to disembark and wait for the next one to began all over again at stop #1. Thanks goodness we found an air conditioned building. In the beginning we ate lunch at the bar and grill before we took the trolley thst was around the corner near the blue building to go to the bathroom when we arrived. The food was aboundant and very good. The service was excellent and the staff were marvelous. FIY, the little shopping mall at that stop #1 had air-conditioning and on a hot hot humid day that was a relief. We rested there for an hour and had really good ice cream. There is seating inside on a few benches and some table and chairs. There is an elevator near by or you can use the escalator to the 2nd floor to find clean bathrooms.

Disaster - - Disgusting coach bus without a restroom with sink or functioning AC - Out of all possible stops, stops at McDonalds for breakfast, only going forward (No stops on the way back) - Nothing to put your stuff on attached to the back of seats - Drive 9 hours in total just to be on the island for 5 hours (could really offer people an option to stay a bit longer to at least eat something decent before departure)

Rude tour operator - I waited outside of the hotel for 40 minutes in the morning but resulted in a no show. The phone number I left is a Canada number and it doesn't work here. I come to Miami for a short trip so I didn't apply for a local number. The driver called me and of course I could not receive it. And the driver just left! Can't you try a email message if the phone doesn't work? He called me at 6:55 and I arrived at the lobby at 6:56, I saw no one. Thanks God he waited here for less than 1 minute! Fine, be lating for 1 minute is my fault. But when I contact the tour operator why she was so annoyed and rude? She sends me the calling proof and sentenses me a no show, then she just hang up! She doesn't reply any message afterwards! Missing the activity just causes a complete trip reschedule, but the terrible call experience ruined my whole morning.
