Great value for money - Great day trip covering Key West, I’m glad we took the time to explore this gorgeous sea side town. Be prepared that it is a long day, however, I’d strongly recommend the trip if you have time.

Key west - Coach good , aircon worked and all on time. Picked up early so ensure you are there before your pick up time like they suggest. Drops offs at pick up which is great. Key west lovely place to visit Great trip, long day but worth it

Long day, but easy! - Was great to spend the day in Key West. Our guide, Luis and bus driver, Manny were fantastic. Luis really knows what he’s talking about. He’s patient and so kind! I liked hearing about the history as we drove down. We didn’t know exactly what we would want to do in Key West, so it was helpful that Luis had all of the details and we could purchase right on the bus. We had 18 & 19 year old boys with us. They went on the snorkel excursion and we did the trolley tour. I recommend both. The trolley was great because we got to see the whole island. I did feel a little rushed towards the end of the day because we were trying to squeeze everything in. The boys didn’t make it to the “southern most” buoy because of time. They wanted to eat after the snorkel trip. We stayed a bit north of the city on the beach. Our bus picked us up right up front. But as one of the first picked up (630 am), we were also one of the last groups let off (after 10 pm). I regret not getting off at an earlier stop and just taking an uber. It was a long last hour of drop offs. But so easy! If you’re up for a long day trip and not worrying about any driving or parking - take this tour!

Excellent - Excellent adventure🥰 time spent in key west was perfect. Being picked up was perfect. Getting on and off the bus was easy. Relaxing and smooth trip. Well managed and good execution. Orlando was fantastic.

Perfect day!! - Great organization and day worth the visit!! Great guide (Orlando) and perfect boat trip: super warm and kind crew, turquoise water, dolphins, snorkeling, cold drinks offered, full of explanations...only thing to know, you do not have time to visit AND do an activity. No regrets, the sea trip was well worth it!

Having fun in Key West, Fl - Bus ride good, getting around key west was confusing so I didn’t get to see what I went there for but over all it was very nice

Overall a good trip - Overall this was a good trip. You will get there and back safely. The staff was great, Knowledgeable and patient and helpful. The seats on this buss are terrible. This buss must have an exhaust leak and will make you nauseous if it’s just sitting for a while. It goes away when driving. It will be a long day, 4 hours each way. When you return you will spend another hour driving spot to spot and dropping people off. Same for pick up. If you drive to main location, there is only 8 hour parking. This will result in a parking ticket. (Only $40, but annoying) Snorkeling was great, boat was massive, crew was great. Some advice. Book your activities while on the bus ride there, It’s cheaper. Bring some snacks for trip, A small blanket. Take a bus or Uber to drop off spot. In Key West there are nice restrooms in the area to change. Ubers in Key West are easy to get and cheap. It was $9 to Uber to go from one side of the town to the other. Ubers 4 times and never waited more then 2 minutes for uber to arrive.

Where was the air? - The tour is great and the tour guide was excellent. I would have given five stars but the air conditioning on the bus was non existent, it was tolerable driving from Miami to Key West but returning to Miami after being in the heat all day was horrible… there was no air for the 3.5+ hour ride back that was non stop. Additionally the hop on hop off trolley activity was not worth the money. It just stopped at the hotels in Key West. Often the trolley was full to capacity and the seating was tight. I do understand the old school charm but for $64 pp., It’s a waste of money. The narration along the way was nice. This is solely my opinion.

Poor Air Conditioning and Poor Customer Sery - Everything was great, but the bus. No air conditioning downstairs. Reached out for assistance on chat was told everything was "fine". Poor customer service experience.

dishonest and unprofessional - We purchased the trip with a credit card. Our bus left at the agreed time, at 6:45 from the hotel. However, after 45 minutes, the bus broke down, and we had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes. After changing buses, we traveled for another hour until we were informed that the ticket I had purchased and received confirmation via email was full and there was no space for the ticket I had already purchased and confirmed in the email. After much discussion with the person in charge, I was informed that they would be refunding me a partial amount because I was using the bus service. I disagreed with this. I said there was no reason for me to go on the trip if the tour I booked was not available. The person in charge said that if I wanted to return to the hotel, I should take a taxi, but that the bus fare would be charged because I was using the service.
