Best activity in the keys! - Jetski’s we’re awesome! Parasailing made the perfect memories, & the water park made me feel young again! Best adventure in the keys! Thanks for a great time! The crew was awesome!

They canceled and did not refund my money. - I had made the reservation for CHRISTMAS DAY. I received a call at 4:53 PM on CHRISTMAS EVE telling me they only had ONE sport available either morning or afternoon. I could choose either Jet skies in the morning or something else in the afternoon (don't remember activity). I told them I expected a refund. They sent me an email and a text message for the jet skis (90 minutes). I answered their email and text with "We are canceling. This is NOT what we signed up for or expected." This cost me $598.00! They have not refunded my money and I will be challenging it with my credit card company.
