- 51 Garden Cove Dr - Welcome to the wonderful world of Key Largo Scuba Diving! We are a 5 star PADI Dive Center and our goal is to show each of our customers the best reefs and wrecks Key Largo has to offer! We provide relaxing dive tours with dive equipment, snacks, water, soft drinks and reef safe sunscreen included on all of our trips. We dive many sites including Christ of the Abyss, Grecian Rocks, City of Washington and The Elbow Reef just to name a few. The Florida Keys is the 3rd largest reef system in the world - and with The Florida Keys Marine Sanctuary and John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park just a 20 minute boat ride away we offer the best scuba diving in Florida Keys! Our dive boat is a 36ft SeaHawk which is spacious & comfy and we operate with a maximum of 18 passengers. We stop at two different locations on each of our trips giving you a full two hours of time to dive at your leisure! Our reefs range between 20ft-30ft with high spurring coral formations and lots of aquatic life! It is not uncommon to see Eagle Rays, Lobster, Eels, Turtles, Sharks and may more sea creatures on our dives.

Additional Information
We put the experience of our customers first, promising an hour at each of the two diving locations we explore on our scuba adventures. Included in our scuba packages are Mask, Fin, Snorkel, BCD, Regulator Tanks, Weights, and a Dive Guide. We organize our guided dives into groups of no more than 4 divers to ensure a personalised and experience-oriented adventure. We frequent some of the most unspoiled and renowned diving sites within the Key Largo Marine Sanctuary. The members of our team are highly skilled dive professionals who have a passion for scuba diving and are always ready to help with gear setup, provide information about the diving locations and suggest area recommendations. Situated just 40 minutes away from Miami, our diving facility is the closest to the mainland and sits on the ocean side of Key Largo. It takes us an average of 25 minutes to get to some of Key Largo’s top reef and wreck sites. Our diving shop is conveniently located on the same premises as our diving equipment and retail store, eliminating any delay between your arrival and your journey to the reef!

The check-in location is at Silent World Dive Center. The gift shop, check-in location, equipment and dive boat are all at the same location! Checkin for your dive or snorkel experience and then walk onto the dive boat. We are on the ocean side only 25 minutes away from the most popular dive sites!

Thoroughly Recommended - My daughter (11) and I booked the 2 dive package with Silent World and having only done a couple of dives since qualification I also booked a private dive guide to help us refresh our skills. John (our guide) was fantastic, extremely knowledgable and very reassuring with any queries we had. He made sure that both of us were well looked after and provided lots of knowledge about the dive sites. The rest of Captain Mandy's crew were also professional and friendly throughout our time with them.
The whole process from enquiry, through booking and the actual dives was seamless, professional and pleasurable. I would definitely recommend Silent World to anyone looking to dive/snorkel in the Key Largo area.

A great shop! - A fantastic shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff, who were very accommodating of my limitations. I was there solo, and Rick and Killian were knowledgeable divemasters who made sure I was safe and had a great time. The first day I’d reserved had rough seas so Shelby was easy about changing my time to a different day. Everyone was invested in making sure all the snorkelers and divers had the best experience possible.

Couples Dive Vacation - My husband and I had a wonderful experience diving with Silent World. The entire crew, including Captain Mandy, John, Cillian and Gabe were great!
My husband was having difficulty with water in his mask and Gabe, our dive master, gave him his own mask so we could complete the dive in comfort! Thanks again, Gabe.
I would highly recommend this dive center.

Enjoyable Padi certification course - We visited two reefs (Christ of the Abyss and North North Rocks), very nice both for snorkeling and diving. The dives were part of my Padi Advanced Open Water certification.
The staff (at the counter of the dive shop, instructor Michael, both captains and the crew of the Phoenix) are all very professional and extremely friendly. They were all very clear in their explanations, and safety was held high at all times.
I will certainly be back, be it for further certification or regular dives!

Sea Turtle Spotted on Shallow Dive - Our dive experience was amazing! We had our own guide (Tucker) and he was amazing with tips and getting our gear ready for us. We were a bit nervous about our first dive in the ocean, but he made sure to get us all ready and calm before going down. We will definitely be back to Silent World for such an easy and great first diving experience.

Amazing local dive center in Key Largo! - The whole staff from the boat crew to the guides and all the other staff are super friendly and accommodating!
I did a two-tank scuba dive, went to North Dry Rocks and North North Dry Rocks. Conditions weren’t the best the current really choppy that day, but the crew made the best of it while making sure we were all safe.
This was my second time diving with them and they were able to take me to different sites from the first time
Definitely recommend!

Great First SCUBA Dive - It was our first-time diving after certification for my daughter and I so we were a little apprehensive and the rough water we discovered on the way out didn't help. We were originally booked with Silent World Dive Center which called the day before to move us to Amoray for the Friday dive along with their guide/dive master Gabe with the help of Tucker. The Amoray boat team of the famous Captain G and 1rst Mate Grace were professional and fun. The two shops seemed like one team, keeping us safe, informed and focused on having fun. In the water Gabe guided us through the shipwrecks, sighting countless fish and coral and he and Tucker corrected weights and even repaired a damaged weight quick release that failed underwater. It was a 2-minute fix by them that would have been the end of the dive if we were by ourselves. I was exhausted afterward from the "angry sea" and I'm looking forward to calmer water trip next time, but I don't know how it would be possible to have a better team helping us.

Great Refresher Course and Two Tank Dive on Molasses Reef - I did a two tank dive with Silent World in January while staying in Key Largo. I had not been diving for 18 months so I did a morning refresher course with Gabe and then the 2 tank dive on Molasses Reef in the afternoon. We dove two shallow dives on Eagle Ray Alley and Aquarium. Two great dives, saw lots of reef fish, several green sea turtles, a green moray eel, a reef shark, and a manta ray. Gabe was a great instructor--very thorough. The dive boat we went out on was run by Amoray. The equipment was all top notch. Would book with them again.

Super experience, Great staff, can't wait to do it again - I have been diving on and off for 15+ years and my daughter just got her open water cert a few months ago. The staff was professional and very pleasant to work with and also very understanding of our individual needs. Every member of the staff deserves kudos for making our experience as enjoyable as it was.
We opted for a guided dive and I am glad we did. The dive guide allows even experienced divers to focus more on scenery and less keeping track of where you are. Our dive guide pointed out countless items of interest that we certainly would have missed if he hadn't pointed them out. Nurse sharks, sea turtles, lobsters, hiding in crevices to name a few....(thanks Gabe..)
The equipment was in great shape and clean.
Overall the dive was great. With good visibility and water conditions, this proved to be one of my favorite dives and made for an awesome first real dive for my daughter. Thanks, We'll be back as soon as we can...

Excellent PADI school - We spent a few days diving with Silent World. On the first day my son took a PADI open water scuba diver class with Matt. Matt was a most excellent instructor, calm, experienced, knowledgeable, and my son learned a lot in a safe environment. My wife re-certified with Matt the following day, and then they all went diving at the North Rocks area of Pennekamp park.
Silent Scuba was great to communicate with as we were making plans, the educational and safety aspects were as good as I've seen anywhere, and my family had a great time diving with them. We highly recommend them! And thank you again, Matt :)
