Ketchikan personal tour. - Clarke made the expedition awesome with his personal touch and knowledge of Ketchikan. He had an awesome, friendly personality, and is definitely a people person. Highly recommend this excursion, and if you’re lucky, you’ll get Clarke.

Perfect Day! - I communicated by email with the team. We wanted to see bears, eagles, totem poles, the salmon ladder and salmon in the streams. I wanted to hunt for sea glass if there was a good beach for that. We also had a crepes place picked out for lunch. Chris was waiting for us steps away from the ship with a new tall van. Perfect for our small group of 3. It could have fit more people easily but was great for mobility issues. Off we went. He helped the ladies in and out of the van, watched as they came to curbs, ect. Chris was a wonderful conversationalist, telling us exactly what we would do and redo if we missed something. He had tons of stories to tell. We saw a mama and three cubs hunting salmon. Oh my gosh, what a thrill. We checked the salmon ladder out and a small stream in a park, while Chris explained the life cycle. I hunted for sea glass, while Chris kept others entertained and walked with them on the beach. Took us to the totem pole place and had a lot of history to share. He accommodated a change in plans when one wanted to go back to the ship and others wanted to shop. Perfect day!

Exceptional tour guide - Christopher was an exceptional tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and funny. We would recommend to anyone interested in this excursion, thank you Christopher for a wonderful experience!

A Really Great (and reasonable!) Private Tour - Our driver, I think his name was Chris, was fantastic! Took us to see everything we requested in the three hours we had available: Totems, native areas, beautiful views, bald eagle area, salmon streams, and we even saw a couple of baby black bears! Really comfy, clean, roomy van for the 6 of us. Water provided. One of the BEST tour experiences we had during our entire trip to Alaska. Thank you, Ketchikan Expeditions!

Fantastic custom tour for our group of four - We went for a private tour with driver Chris. He was great. First stop was at a creek with salmon swimming up a salmon ladder, then moved on to another spot along the creek where the salmon were spawning. Next we drove along the coast were we saw a bald eagle sitting at the top of a tree. Continued our tour and found many bear in a creek catching the salmon. There were 3 or 4 full grown bears and 4 cubs. I think Chris was more excited about finding the bears than we were. He had lots of info about the bears also which made it even more fun. We then stopped to see a waterfall up close and personal. Next stop was Saxman Totem Pole Park, again Chris had lots of info for us and made it all the more interesting. Finished off our day with a tour of historic creek street, and advice on where to grab a snack before we headed back to our ship. If you get a chance take a custom tour and ask for Chris.

❤️❤️❤️Ketchikan Expeditions - Tim greeted us and gave us some insiders tips as to where we should consider visiting other than Creek Street and some of the more popular touristy stops while we were waiting for Clarke to pick us up. Clarke was amazing in terms of sharing with us about this history of Ketchikan as well as accommodating to all of our requests and there were 9 of us. We would definitely use Ketchikan Expeditions again when we are at Ketchikan.

Ketchikan stop with Celebrity Alaskan Cruise - It was perfect for our family of 5. You can chose and customize your trip from 4 hours to 3 or 2 hours, that was a good option for us on that rainy day. Morning times were all booked and we only had 2 hours in the afternoon, so it worked out perfectly. Our tour guide Chris was fantastic, really cool guy, well prepared and very knowledgeable, Chris made this trip a fun experience . We really enjoyed it.
