The first stop is Rotary Beach, which offers stunning scenery and small sea creatures such as sea stars, small crabs, and small fish. The beach is rocky, so flat shoes are recommended.
Next, we visit Herring Cove, an excellent location to spot black bears, eagles, harbor seals, and salmon.
The final stop is the South End Waterfall, which features a small inclined hill of about 5 feet. The waterfall is visible from the van.
Please note that wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. The optimal time for wildlife viewing is from mid-June to the end of September. Rain ponchos are also provided for rainy days.
